Olaf Hering 9d628ff6cc tools: Fix install.sh for systemd
On a fedora system, if you run `sudo sh install.sh` you break your
system. The installation clobbers /var/run, a symlink to /run.
A subsequent boot fails when /var/run and /run are different since
accesses through /var/run can't find items that now only exist in /run
and vice-versa.

Skip populating /var/run/xen during make install.
The directory is already created by some scripts. Adjust all remaining
scripts to create XEN_RUN_DIR at runtime.

Use the shell variable XEN_RUN_DIR instead of hardcoded paths.

XEN_RUN_STORED is covered by XEN_RUN_DIR because xenstored is usually
started afterwards.

Wei Liu 56f9010bfa hotplug/Linux: honour XEN_RUN_DIR
Store various PID files under XEN_RUN_DIR. Note that this change the
default location from /var/run to /var/run/xen.

Doug Goldstein 4ca9d5dbf0 init: drop GNU-isms for sleep command
Most implementations of the sleep command only take integers. GNU
coreutils has a GNU extension to allow any floating point number to be
passed but we shouldn't depend on that.

Ian Campbell 2909ad4c96 tools/hotplug: Add an initscript to start "xl devd" in a driver domain
The removal of the udev rules highlighted that although it has been
replaced by "xl devd" there isn't an initscript to replace it.

To enable this add a --pidfile option to xl devd.

Tested on Linux by running the script in dom0 and checking the daemon
was started/stopped, but not in an actual driver domain environment
since I don't have one conveniently available. I also checked that
running without the --pidfile option still works.

Scripts mainly cribbed from the xencommons for each platform.
