Manuel Bouyer 82ed3155fe NetBSD hotplug: fix block unconfigure on destroy
When a domain is destroyed, xparams may not be available any more when
the block script is called to unconfigure the vnd.
Check xparam only at configure time, and just unconfigure any vnd present
in the xenstore.

Manuel Bouyer 6e2d9b317d NetBSD hotplug: Introduce locking functions
On NetBSD, some block device configuration requires serialisation.
Introcuce locking functions (derived from the Linux version), and use them
in the block script where appropriate.

NetBSD doens't need xenbackendd with xl toolstack so don't build it.
Remove now unused xenbackendd directory/files, and remaining references
in the hotplug scripts.

Olaf Hering 2c96ecb1a4 Use configure --libexecdir=BASEDIR to set LIBEXEC
The current usage of LIBEXEC is bogus. It describes the directory for
private xen executables. Other places create their own, similar
libexecdir path as $prefix/lib/xen/*.

Additional two other variables are used to describe similar paths:
PRIVATE_BINDIR and PRIVATE_PREFIX

The autoconf documentation refers to libexec as a directory for
executables and stuff which is called by other programs, not by the
user.

Adjust all places that want libexecdir as a target path. LIBEXEC refers
now to the base directory. Three convenience variables are used to refer
to paths to private binaries, libs and include files.

In the systemd files LIBEXEC_BIN is substituted, so this variable has to
be present in autoconf. All other variables are expanded in Paths.mk
because they are only used in Makefiles.

Most users of LIBEXEC are updated to use LIBEXEC_BIN because that is
what they want.

Users of PRIVATE_BINDIR are updated to use LIBEXEC_BIN because that is
what they want. PRIVATE_BINDIR and PRIVATE_PREFIX usage is removed by
this patch, in favour of LIBXEC_BIN and LIBEXEC

An internal libxl function was removed. A single helper to retrieve
LIBEXEC_BIN remains.

As suggested by the autoconf documentation, configure appends the
package name to LIBEXEC to make sure the provided directory really
refers to xen. This makes sure "make uninstall" preserves the real
libexecdir.

Roger Pau Monne c6c1fd29e9 hotplug/NetBSD: check type of file to attach from params
xend used to set the xenbus backend entry "type" to either "phy" or
"file", but now libxl sets it to "phy" for both file and block device.
We have to manually check for the type of the "param" field in order
to detect if we are trying to attach a file or a block device.

Keir Fraser 9fe075decc tools: xenbackendd for NetBSD
Attached patch introduces xenbackendd. It is used on NetBSD
to launch the hotplug scripts. Later xenbackendd can be improved to
also launch qemu-dm as child process and will notice when qemu-dm
crashes.

The changes the patch makes:
- rename hotplug scripts as xenbackendd expects them
(current names were taken from pkgsrc)
- install hotplug scripts as executable scripts
- introduce xenbackendd
- build/install/launch on NetBSD only
