Andrew Cooper 75fc859985 tools/foreignmem: Support querying the size of a resource
With the Xen side of this interface (soon to be) fixed to return real sizes,
userspace needs to be able to make the query.

Introduce xenforeignmemory_resource_size() for the purpose, bumping the
library minor version.

Update both all osdep_xenforeignmemory_map_resource() implementations to
understand size requests, skip the mmap() operation, and copy back the
nr_frames field.

For NetBSD, also fix up the ioctl() error path to issue an unmap(), which was
overlooked by c/s 4a64e2bb39 "libs/foreignmemory: Implement on NetBSD".

Paul Durrant 3ae275169e tools/libxenforeignmemory: add support for resource mapping
A previous patch introduced a new HYPERVISOR_memory_op to acquire guest
resources for direct priv-mapping.

This patch adds new functionality into libxenforeignmemory to make use
of a new privcmd ioctl [1] that uses the new memory op to make such
resources available via mmap(2).

Igor Druzhinin 143e0c2c2d tools/libxenforeignmemory: add xenforeignmemory_map2 function
The new function repeats the behavior of the first version
except it has an extended list of arguments which are subsequently
passed to mmap() call.

This is needed for QEMU depriviledging.

Paul Durrant 9a7fbdd692 tools/libxenforeignmemory: bind restrict operation to new version
Commit 5823d6eb "add a call to restrict the handle" added a new function
to the foreignmemory API. This API is considered stable and so the new
function should be bound to a new version.

This patch creates version 1.1 of the API, dependent on version 1.0, and
binds the restrict call to version 1.1. Thus version 1.0 is as it was
before the new function was added.

Paul Durrant 5823d6eb40 tools/libxenforeignmemory: add a call to restrict the handle
Commit 8ef5f344d0 "tools/libxendevicemodel: add a call to restrict the
handle" added a function to the devicemodel interface to restrict
operations through the API to a specific domain, where a capable under-
lying privcmd driver exists.

This patch adds similar functionality to the xenforeignmemory API. This
will be necessary (as much as xendevicemodel restriction) for limiting
the scope of device models to specific domains.

NOTE: My patch to the linux kernel [1] added the appropriate checks to
      the foreign memory ioctls.

Ian Campbell 0be403a41f tools/libs/foreignmemory: provide xenforeignmemory_unmap.
And require it be used instead of direct munmap.

This will allow e.g. Valgrind hooks to help track incorrect use of
foreign mappings.

Switch all uses of xenforeignmemory_map to use
xenforeignmemory_unmap, not that foreign mappings via the libxc compat
xc_map_foreign_* interface will not take advantage of this and will
need converting.

Ian Campbell 3248691679 tools: Refactor foreign memory mapping into libxenforeignmemory
libxenforeignmemory will provide a stable API and ABI for mapping
foreign domain memory (subject to appropriate privileges).

The new library exposes an interface equivalent to
xc_map_foreign_memory_bulk, which all the other
xc_map_foreign_memory_* functions (which remain in libxc) are
implemented in terms of.

Upon request (via #define XC_WANT_COMPAT_MAP_FOREIGN_API) libxenctrl
will provide a compat API for the old names. This is used by qemu-xen
and qemu-trad as well as various in tree things (which required
de-dupping various #includes in some too to get the #define before the
first).
