Jason Andryuk e4c7c2148a hotplug: Restore block-tap phy compatibility (again)
"$dev" needs to be set correctly for backendtype=phy as well as
backendtype=tap. Move the setting into the conditional, so it can be
handled properly for each.

(dev could be captured during tap-ctl allocate for blktap module, but it
would not be set properly for the find_device case. The backendtype=tap
case would need to be handled regardless.)

Jason Andryuk f16ac12bd4 hotplug: Restore block-tap phy compatibility
backendtype=phy using the blktap kernel module needs to use write_dev,
but tapback can't support that. tapback should perform better, but make
the script compatible with the old kernel module again.

Jason Andryuk 76a484193d hotplug: Update block-tap
Implement a sharing check like the regular block script.

Checking tapback inside block-tap is too late since it needs to be
running to transition the backend to InitWait before block-tap is run.

tap-ctl check will be removed when the requirement for the blktap kernel
driver is removed. Remove it now as it is of limited use.

find_device() needs to be non-fatal allow a sharing check.

Only write physical-device-path because that is all that tapback needs.
Also write_dev doesn't handled files and would incorrectly store
physical-device as 0:0 which would confuse the minor inside tapback

George Dunlap 529c9e9c06 tools: Add a block-tap script for setting up tapdisks via tap-ctl
The blocktap library isn't really necessary; all the necessary functionality
is available via the tap-ctl binary.

To use:

script=block-tap,vdev=[whatever],target=vhd:/path/to/file.vhd

script=block-tap,vdev=[whatever],target=aio:/path/to/file.raw
