Julian Pidancet 00849cb37a firmware: Use mkhex from hvmloader directory for etherboot ROMs
To remain consistent with how other ROMs are built into hvmloader,
call mkhex on etherboot ROMs from the hvmloader directory, instead of
the etherboot directory. In other words, eb-roms.h is not used any
more.

Introduce ETHERBOOT_NICS config option to choose which ROMs should be
built (kept rtl8139 and 8086100e per default as before).

Keir Fraser 708261e496 hvmloader: Configure gPXE to use serial console
Sometimes we would rather connect to an HVM's serial console than it's
VGA display. In this case we cannot see or interact with the ethernet
booting process. This is a bit annoying so let's just enable it.

Keir Fraser 98ed7531a4 gpxe: Build e1000 ROM with PCI-ID matching that advertised by qemu-dm.
Also build gpxe without -Werror and require it always to be built (do
not include a pre-built binary in our source repo).

Ian Jackson 2d06b3f0df Build etherboot ROM from source.
We now include the source for Etherboot (5.4.2, obtained from git)
rather than a pre-built ROM. This gives better traceability and GPL
licence compliance. See tools/firmware/etherboot/README for details.
