Olaf Hering a547da77cd tools/ocaml: use APPEND_CFLAGS and APPEND_LDFLAGS 
While implementing the --enable-rpath change I noticed that a ocaml
build does not use APPEND_LDFLAGS. Make use of APPEND_CFLAGS and
APPEND_LDFLAGS as it is done already in other places.

Rob Hoes 78e2e6b591 libxl: ocaml: add VM lifecycle operations 
Also:
* Reorganise toplevel OCaml functions into modules of Xenlight.
* Factor out the management of ao_how into the function aohow_val. The ao_how
  is now malloc'ed, just to make this function a little easier to use.
