kaf24@localhost.localdomain 3321c3c8e9 [XEN] Add a warning about changeable size of shared_info structure. 
sizeof(shared_info_t) can change even in compatible hypervisor
versions.
Add a clear warning about this, and fix the few places relying on it.
In addition, add some padding to arch_shared_info, to allow future
additions to the structure without breaking known offsets of members
following it in the shared info.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain c255809877 [HVM] Add a concept of HVM parameters to the hypervisor. 
Each HVM domain has a space of HVM parameters associated with it,
and these can be manipulated via a new hvm_op hypercall. This means
that the hypervisor no longer needs to parse the hvm_info table, so
remove that code.

Jimi Xenidis 9265d9a995 [powerpc] domain building fixes for linux kexec model 
The following updates are included:
  - No stack allocation is necessary
  - Some buggy kernels require r13 to be zeroed
  - the DTB must be loaded from a fixed address, we are using
    "/root/DomU.dtb" until we have the tools build the DTB on their
    own.
  - Though we give the PFN of the store and console pages to the new
    domain we must make sure the MFN is given to the tools.

vcpu context has more registers and states (eg: tr registers).
Per cpu irqs are deallocated when cpu is switched off.
#if/#endif added in reboot.c for ia64.

will fail later). 

A better fix would be to tolerate temporary out-of-sync situations so we 
can make a nicer fix to the kunmap_atomic() iossue (c/f -unstable csets 
10529 & 10533) but this requires some more thought.
