This add a set of trace events that track the setup of various
emulated devices related to timers in domU.
This set is hpet, pit (i8253, i8254), rtc (MC146818), apic (lapic),
and pic (i8259). The pmtimer is not traced since it does not have a
changeable rate.

print_special() uses the width argument to both select output format
and array size. So by passing 4 it expects an array of uint32_t.
But an array of uint64_t is passed.
So copy and mask the registers to 32 bits.

-b <bytes>, --bytes-per-line <bytes>
change the number of bytes per line output for Stack.
(default 32) Note: rounded to native size (4 or 8 bytes).
This option allows you to change the width of the output line. When
used with the -D option and/or -t, the output can be adjusted with
this to less then 80 columns.
-l <lines>, --lines <lines>
change the number of lines output for Stack. (default 5)
Can be specified as MAX. Note: Fewer lines will be output
if stack limit reached.
The default value show a reasonable amount of the raw stack. The -S
option will output all of it one line at a time. This can be used
to select something in the middle.

Storing it in a 32-bit variable in struct arch_vcpu caused breakage over
context switch.
There were also several other places which stored this as the 32-bit value.
Update them all.
The "struct vcpu_guest_context" case needs special consideration. This struct
is in theory is exposed to guests, via the VCPUOP_initialise hypercall.
However as discussed in
http://lists.xen.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2013-10/msg00912.html this isn't
really a guest visible interface since ARM uses PSCI for VCPU bringup
(VCPUOP_initialise simply isn't available) The other users of this interface
are the domctls, which are not a stable API. Therefore while fixing the ttbcr
size also surround the struct in ifdefs to restrict the struct to the
hypervisor and the tools only (omitting the extra complexity of renaming as I
suggested in the referenced thread).
NB TCR_EL1 on arm64 is known as TTBCR on arm32, hence the apparent naming
inconsistencies.

As a wrapper to XEN_DOMCTL_get_address_size, and use it
wherever the call was being issued directly via do_domctl(),
saving quite some line of code.
Actually, the function returns the guest width in bytes,
rather than directly what XEN_DOMCTL_get_address_size provides
(which is a number of bits), since that is what it is useful
almost everywhere.

Trace hypercalls using a more useful trace record format.
The EIP field is removed (it was always somewhere in the hypercall
page) and include selected hypercall arguments (e.g., the number of
calls in a multicall, and the number of PTE updates in an mmu_update
etc.). 12 bits in the first extra word are used to indicate which
arguments are present in the record and what size they are (32 or
64-bit).
This is an incompatible record format so a new event ID is used so
tools can distinguish between the two formats.

We want to add additional sub-classes for TRC_PV tracepoints and to be
able to only capture these new sub-classes. This cannot currently be
done as the existing tracepoints all use a sub-class of 0xf.
So, redefine the PV events to use a new sub-class. All the current
tracepoints are tracing entry points to the hypervisor so the
sub-class is named TRC_PV_ENTRY.
This change does not affect xenalyze as that only looks at the main
class and the event number and does not use the sub-class field.

of possible options:
PREPEND_LIB: add libraries to the search path before xen
(before xen installation folders).
PREPEND_INCLUDES: add headers to the search path before xen
(before xen installation folders).
APPEND_LIB: add libraries to the search path at the end
(after all xen installation folders have been added).
APPEND_INCLUDES: add libraries to the search path at the end
(after all xen installation folders have been added).
EXTRA_INCLUDES and EXTRA_LIB can still be used, and they will have the
same effect as PREPEND_INCLUDES and PREPEND_LIB.
