This avoid the need to generate the _paths.h header when the
information is from autoconf anyway.
They are no more users of the "buildmakevars2header" macro, so it can
be removed from "Config.mk".
Also removed the extra "-f" flag where "$(RM)" is used (xl/Makefile).

Files in the bash-completion dirs should be named like the commands,
without suffix. Without this change 'xl' will not be recognized as a
command with completion support if BASH_COMPLETION_DIR is set to
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions.

DEPS_INCLUDE is currently the same as DEPS, so no functional change.
This patch is the result of this perl rune:
git-grep -l 'include.*DEPS' | xargs perl -i -pe 'next unless m/^-?include/; s/\bDEPS\b/DEPS_INCLUDE/'
I have verified that I haven't missed anything, with this rune:

git-grep -l 'RM.*DEPS' | xargs perl -i~ -pe 'next unless m/^\t+\$\(RM\)/; s/\bDEPS\b/DEPS_RM/;'

The libxl interfaces and related functions are not necessary to be included by
'LIBXL_HAVE_PSR_CMT' and 'LIBXL_HAVE_PSR_CAT'. So replace them to common x86
macros. Furthermore, only compile 'xl_psr.c' under x86.

Running "make uninstall" does not remove all installed files, a
situation which might cause link related issues if xen is re-installed
in a different location.
In order to make uninstall correctly remove the files it is best
the process should be done recursively by mirroring each "install"
target with an "uninstall" who removes the installed files.
An exception to this rule is uninstalling the files produced by
"qemu-xen-dir-remote" and "qemu-xen-traditional-dir", which are external
to the project. These projects do not implement an "uninstall" target so
the files have to be removed manually.
