This commit implements the `XEN_DOMCTL_shadow_op` support in Xen
for Arm. The p2m pages pool size for xl guests is supposed to be
determined by `XEN_DOMCTL_shadow_op`. Hence, this commit:
- Introduces a function `p2m_domctl` and implements the subops
`XEN_DOMCTL_SHADOW_OP_SET_ALLOCATION` and
`XEN_DOMCTL_SHADOW_OP_GET_ALLOCATION` of `XEN_DOMCTL_shadow_op`.
- Adds the `XEN_DOMCTL_SHADOW_OP_SET_ALLOCATION` support in libxl.
Therefore enabling the setting of shadow memory pool size
when creating a guest from xl and getting shadow memory pool size
from Xen.
Note that the `XEN_DOMCTL_shadow_op` added in this commit is only
a dummy op, and the functionality of setting/getting p2m memory pool
size for xl guests will be added in following commits.

The default paging memory (descibed in `shadow_memory` entry in xl
config) in libxl is used to determine the memory pool size for xl
guests. Currently this size is only used for x86, and contains a part
of RAM to shadow the resident processes. Since on Arm there is no
shadow mode guests, so the part of RAM to shadow the resident processes
is not necessary. Therefore, this commit splits the function
`libxl_get_required_shadow_memory()` to arch specific helpers and
renamed the helper to `libxl__arch_get_required_paging_memory()`.
On x86, this helper calls the original value from
`libxl_get_required_shadow_memory()` so no functional change intended.
On Arm, this helper returns 1MB per vcpu plus 4KB per MiB of RAM
for the P2M map and additional 512KB.
Also update the xl.cfg documentation to add Arm documentation
according to code changes and correct the comment style following Xen
coding style.

AFAICT, this is happening in qmp_proxy_spawn_outcome where

The out label of spawn_stub_launch_dm() calls qmp_proxy_spawn_outcome(),
but it is only in the success path that sdss->qmp_proxy_spawn.ao gets

qmp_proxy_spawn_outcome() should instead use sdss->dm.spawn.ao, which is

With this, move sdss->qmp_proxy_spawn.ao initialization to

Prevent libxl from creating guests that attempts to use PoD together
with an IOMMU, even if no devices are actually assigned.
While the hypervisor could support using PoD together with an IOMMU as
long as no devices are assigned, such usage seems doubtful. There's no
guarantee the guest has PoD no longer be active, and thus a later
assignment of a PCI device to such domain could fail.
Preventing the usage of PoD together with an IOMMU at guest creation
avoids having to add checks for active PoD entries in the device

The memory allocator currently calculates alignment in libxl's virtual
address space, rather than guest physical address space. This results
in the FACS being commonly misaligned.
Furthermore, the allocator has several other bugs.
The opencoded align-up calculation is currently susceptible to a bug
that occurs in the corner case that the buffer is already aligned to
begin with. In that case, an align-sized memory hole is introduced.
The while loop is dead logic because its effects are entirely and
unconditionally overwritten immediately after it.
Rework the memory allocator to align in guest physical address space
instead of libxl's virtual memory and improve the calculation, drop
errant extra page in allocated buffer for ACPI tables, and give some
of the variables better names/types.

AMD Milan (Zen3) CPUs have an LFENCE Always Serialising CPUID bit in
leaf 80000021.eax. Previous AMD versions used to have a user settable
bit in DE_CFG MSR to select whether LFENCE was dispatch serialising,
which Xen always attempts to set. The forcefully always on setting is
due to the addition of SEV-SNP so that a VMM cannot break the
confidentiality of a guest.
In order to support this new CPUID bit move the LFENCE_DISPATCH
synthetic CPUID bit to map the hardware bit (leaving a hole in the
synthetic range) and either rely on the bit already being set by the
native CPUID output, or attempt to fake it in Xen by modifying the
DE_CFG MSR. This requires adding one more entry to the featureset to
support leaf 80000021.eax.
The bit is always exposed to guests by default even if the underlying
hardware doesn't support leaf 80000021. Note that Xen doesn't allow
guests to change the DE_CFG value, so once set by Xen LFENCE will always
be serialising.
Note that the access to DE_CFG by guests is left as-is: reads will
unconditionally return LFENCE_SERIALISE bit set, while writes are
silently dropped.

There is a step change in speculation protections between the Zen1 and Zen2
microarchitectures.
Zen1 and older have no special support. Control bits in non-architectural
MSRs are used to make lfence be dispatch-serialising (Spectre v1), and to
disable Memory Disambiguation (Speculative Store Bypass). IBPB was
retrofitted in a microcode update, and software methods are required for
Spectre v2 protections.
Because the bit controlling Memory Disambiguation is model specific,
hypervisors are expected to expose a MSR_VIRT_SPEC_CTRL interface which
abstracts the model specific details.
Zen2 and later implement the MSR_SPEC_CTRL interface in hardware, and
virtualise the interface for HVM guests to use. A number of hint bits are
specified too to help guide OS software to the most efficient mitigation
strategy.
Zen3 introduced a new feature, Predictive Store Forwarding, along with a
control to disable it in sensitive code.
Add CPUID and VMCB details for all the new functionality.

In do_domain_soft_reset(), a `libxl__domain_suspend_state' is used

Once initialised, `dsps' also needs to be disposed of as the `qmp'

The generated golang bindings (types.gen.go and helpers.gen.go) are
left checked in so that they can be fetched from xenbits using the
golang tooling. This means that they must be updated whenever
libxl_types.idl (or other dependencies) are updated. However, the
golang bindings are only built optionally; we can't assume that anyone
updating libxl_types.idl will also descend into the tools/golang tree
to re-generate the bindings.
Fix this by re-generating the golang bindings from the libxl Makefile
when the IDL dependencies are updated, so that anyone who updates
libxl_types.idl will also end up updating the golang generated files
as well.
- Make a variable for the generated files, and a target in
xenlight/Makefile which will only re-generate the files.
- Add a target in libxl/Makefile to call external idl generation
targets (currently only golang).
For ease of testing, also add a specific target in libxl/Makefile just
to check and update files generated from the IDL.
This does mean that there are two potential paths for generating the
files during a parallel build; but that shouldn't be an issue, since
tools/golang/xenlight should never be built until after tools/libxl
has completed building anyway.

for save/restore support.
For Mini-OS stubdoms, this is a bug. In practice, it works in most
cases because there is something else that triggers qemu in dom0 too:
vfb/vkb added if vnc/sdl/spice is enabled.
Additionally, Linux-based stubdomain waits for all the backends to
initialize during boot. Lack of some console backends results in
stubdomain startup timeout.
This is a temporary patch until xenconsoled will be improved.

Access to QMP of QEMU in Linux stubdomain is possible over vchan
connection. Handle the actual vchan connection in a separate process
(vchan-socket-proxy). This simplified integration with QMP (already
quite complex), but also allows preliminary filtering of (potentially
malicious) QMP input.
Since only one client can be connected to vchan server at the same time
and it is not enforced by the libxenvchan itself, additional client-side
locking is needed. It is implicitly implemented by vchan-socket-proxy,
as it handle only one connection at a time. Note that qemu supports only
one simultaneous client on a control socket anyway (but in UNIX socket
case, it enforce it server-side), so it doesn't add any extra
limitation.
libxl qmp client code already has locking to handle concurrent access
attempts to the same qemu qmp interface.

Squash in changes of regenerated autotools files.
Kill the vchan-socket-proxy so we don't leak the daemonized processes.
libxl__stubdomain_is_linux_running() works against the guest_domid, but
the xenstore path is beneath the stubdomain. This leads to the use of
libxl_is_stubdom in addition to libxl__stubdomain_is_linux_running() so
that the stubdomain calls kill for the qmp-proxy.
Also call libxl__qmp_cleanup() to remove the unix sockets used by
vchan-socket-proxy. vchan-socket-proxy only creates qmp-libxl-$domid,
and libxl__qmp_cleanup removes that as well as qmp-libxenstat-$domid.
However, it tolerates ENOENT, and a stray qmp-libxenstat-$domid should
not exist.

Move kill_device_model to libxl__kill_xs_path so we have a helper to
kill a process from a pid stored in xenstore. We'll be using it to kill
vchan-qmp-proxy.
libxl__kill_xs_path takes a "what" string for use in printing error
messages. kill_device_model is retained in libxl_dm.c to provide the
string.

Rely on a wrapper script in stubdomain to attach relevant consoles to
qemu. The save console (1) must be attached to fdset/1. When
performing a restore, $STUBDOM_RESTORE_INCOMING_ARG must be replaced on
the qemu command line by "fd:$FD", where $FD is an open file descriptor
number to the restore console (2).

running in a Linux-based stubdomain.
NOTE: a number of items are not currently implemented for Linux-based

Do not prohibit anymore using stubdomain with qemu-xen.
To help distingushing MiniOS and Linux stubdomain, add helper inline
functions libxl__stubdomain_is_linux() and
libxl__stubdomain_is_linux_running(). Those should be used where really
the difference is about MiniOS/Linux, not qemu-xen/qemu-xen-traditional.

When qemu is running in stubdomain, any attempt to initialize vnc/sdl
there will crash it (on failed attempt to load a keymap from a file). If
vfb is present, all those cases are skipped. But since
b053f0c4c9 "libxl: do not start dom0 qemu
for stubdomain when not needed" it is possible to create a stubdomain
without vfb and contrary to the comment -vnc none do trigger VNC
initialization code (just skips exposing it externally).
Change the implicit SDL avoiding method to -nographics option, used when
none of SDL or VNC is enabled.
