Alastair Tse 292c6bcd6a [XEND] Fix order of kernel argument construction to prevent arg repeat bug 
Make sure user specified kernel args are appended at the end but also
make sure that we do not duplicate root= and ip=.

Steven Hand 236c16423b Enable lazy (on-demand) allocation of memory to a guest being restored; this 
means that ballooned down domains only require as much memory as is currently
being used (rather than their max) when being restored from save, or when
being migrated.

Tim Deegan db442369b3 When booting via xm, only run the bootloader if it's in non-interactive mode: 
otherwise we lose the user's named kernel and try to bootload the temporary
file pygrub returned.

Tim Deegan 8c119d2ee4 Pass in kernel/ramdisk settings to pygrub; if specified, don't try to use 
grub.conf; this allows hands-off bootloading in the absence of a grub.conf.
It's also useful for specifying temporary changes etc.

Emmanuel Ackaouy e975e81c9b [TOOLS] Improve information displayed by the xm sched-credit command. 
The improvement is as follows.
 1. The display form is changed like the xm sched-sedf command.
 2. When -d option is omitted, information on all domains is
    displayed.

Examples:
 # xm sched-credit -d vm1
 Name                              ID Weight Cap
 vm1                                1    512  100
 # xm sched-credit
 Name                              ID Weight Cap
 Domain-0                           0    256    0
 vm1                                1    512  100
 vm2                                2    512   50

kfraser@localhost.localdomain c082fcbec5 Xen 3.0.3 pre-pended all configuration prior to the user-specified 
args in the boot cmdline. Restore this behaviour to fix
incompatabilities with fragile parsers in some domU kernels.

Ewan Mellor 04c280baf7 Don't lose the image settings when rebooting domains. This fixes recent HVM 
reboot problems -- we were passing 0 to shadow_mem_control, because Xend was
treating the domain as PV.

Ewan Mellor b1da15c72b Added __repr__ implementation, initialise last_login_method to None, and 
use gettext's ugettext explicitly, rather than using gettext.install.  These
things together improve the error messages that you get when using this
module incorrectly in the interactive interpreter.

Ewan Mellor 4bbdd5d689 Do not update the PV_ variables with the values outputted by the bootloader -- 
this gets us into all sorts of trouble when Xend is restarted and then the
domain is rebooted, because we expect to be able to handle the PV_kernel == ''
case by defaulting to pygrub.
