Olaf Hering 364c9ee007 libxl: properly set default of discard_enable
Initialze discard_enable properly. This avoids a crash if a
libxl_device_disk with an uninitialized discard_enable is passed to
device_disk_add. Up to now only xl initialized discard_enable in its
config parser. External users of libxl, such as libvirt, do not need to
provide a default value.

Olaf Hering 417e6b70d7 libxl: add option for discard support to xl disk configuration
Handle new boolean option discard/no-discard for disk configuration. It
is supposed to disable discard support if file based backing storage was
intentionally created non-sparse to avoid fragmentation of the file.

The option intended for the backend driver. A new boolean property
"discard-enable" is written to the backend node. An upcoming patch for
qemu will make use of this property. The kernel blkback driver may be
updated as well to disable discard for phy based backing storage.

Ian Campbell 7970280833 xl: support empty CDROM devices
The important change here is to xlu_disk_parse to correctly set format == EMPTY
for CDROM devices which are empty. Test cases are added which check for
correctness here.

xend accepts ',hdc:cdrom,r'[0] as an empty CDROM drive however this is not
consistent with the xl syntax in docs/misc/xl-disk-configuration.txt which
requires ',,hdc:cdrom,r' (the additional positional paramter is the format).
I'm not sure if/how this can be fixed. Note that xend does not accept
',,hdc:cdrom,r'

There are several incidental cleanups included the the cdrom-{insert,eject}
commands:
  - add a dry-run mode
  - use the non-deprecated disk specification syntax
  - check for and report errors from libxl_cdrom_insert

George Dunlap f77723ad33 libxlu: Rename filename to config_source
The "filename" is a bit of a misnomer, as it's only used during error
messages, and in most instances cases is actually set to "command
line".

Rename it to "config_source" to make it clear that it's not used to
actually open any files.

No functional changes.

Ian Jackson 8fc051a10f libxl: move a lot more includes into libxl_internal.h
Move a lot of
  #include <stdfoo.h>
from individual files into libxl_internal.h. This helps avoid
portability mistakes where necessary system headers are omitted from
individual files, and is also of course a convenience when developing.

Also add
#include "libxl_osdeps.h" /* must come before any other headers */
to the top of most libxl*.c files, so that anyone who adds any headers
before libxl_internal.h will put the in the right place.

Ian Jackson 5c206536ad libxl: disks: new xlu_disk_parse function
Introduce new flex/regexp-based parser for disk configuration strings.
Callers will be updated in following patches.

The existing xm command line syntax for block-attach expects multiple
arguments containing different parameters for different parts of the
disk specification, so we supply a parser function which can take
multiple strings and scan them in sequence.
