kfraser@localhost.localdomain 69a9bab277 HVM: Do not watch control/shutdown to force domain shutdowns when PV 
drivers are not present. The feature-foo mechanism does not actually
work after save/restore since the fields do not get rewritten. And it
doesn't work when we actually need the guest to be shutdown through
Xen (e.g., on suspend). Since we can quite reasonably assume that the
only entity to screw with control/shutdown is xend, and since the one
place that does that now explicitly handles unenlightened HVM guests,
we can simply strip all this stuff out.

This has the nice benefit of making HVM save/restore with PV drivers
much more reliable.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain b8680a8065 xend: Store canonical vnif config info in /vm/<uuid>/device 
rather than in frontend store directory. Two advantages are that the
frontend cannot mess with the config information; also an
ioemu-specific vif does nto need a frontend directory at all. This
avoids confusing netfront pv-on-hvm driver.

Christian Limpach 2bdbd3e193 [hvm] Keep track of time offset between domain time and dom0 time. 
On each rtc time update from the hvm domain, we send an ioreq request
to qemu which then updates the time offset xenstore entry.  The time
offset is preserved across reboot and can be set on domain creation
by setting the rtc_timeoffset variable in a config file.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain 9bea671737 Fix "xm migrate" hang on failure. 
If a domain fails to restore, report back an error and close the
connection. This still leaves a confusing error from 'xm migrate' in
many cases, but it's much better than just sitting there.

Changeset 14601 removed a re.compile() map on hosts_allow,
hence breaking the tcp xmlrpc api ('str' has no attribute match
in xend-debug.log).

Jim Fehlig 1598680350 Managed HVM guests are not displayed by 'xm list' after restarting xend. 
This patch prevents writing empty configuration items to the domain's
sexpr configuration file.  Without the empty items, the sexpr is
parsed properly when xend is started.

Tim Deegan e0638f7e62 [HVM] Save/restore: don't get guest size from "memory_static_min" 
since it doesn't mean that any more.  This is a sticking-plaster
to get HVM S/R working until the proper memory-map handling patch
is ready.

Ewan Mellor b843dd7af8 Added HTTPS support to Xend. There are new configuration options for the 
Xen-API and legacy XML-RPC servers to set key and certificate files, and
xm simply needs to be configured use an https rather than an http URL.
