Andrew Cooper ddd273d886 docs/migration: Specify X86_{CPUID,MSR}_POLICY records
These two records move blobs from the XEN_DOMCTL_{get,set}_cpu_policy
hypercall.

Andrew Cooper 6f71b5b150 docs/migration Specify migration v3 and STATIC_DATA_END
Migration data can be split into two parts - that which is invariant of
guest execution, and that which is not. Separate these two with the
STATIC_DATA_END record.

The short term, we want to move the x86 CPU Policy data into the stream.
In the longer term, we want to provisionally send the static data only
to the destination as a more robust compatibility check. In both cases,
we will want a callback into the higher level toolstack.

Mandate the presence of the STATIC_DATA_END record, and declare this v3,
along with instructions for how to compatibly interpret a v2 stream.

Andrew Cooper 7bac300b42 tools/migration: Drop IHDR_VERSION constant from libxc and python
Migration v3 is in the process of being introduced, meaning that the code has
to cope with both versions. Use an explicit 2 for now.

For the verify-stream-v2 and convert-legacy-stream scripts, update text to say
"v2 (or later)". What matters is the distinction vs legacy streams.

Andrew Cooper 279521aed9 libxc/migration: Drop unimplemented domain types
x86 PVH is completely obsolete - it was intended for legacy PVH before that
idea was abandoned. There was an RFC series for ARM in 2015, but there is
plenty of outstanding work which hasn't been done yet.

No functional change. New types can be (re)introduced with the code which
actually implements them.

This record is specific to x86, and should have had a prefix to being with.

Juergen Gross e48e33e219 libxc: increase maximum migration stream record length
Today the maximum record lenth in a migration stream is 8MB. This
limits the size of a PV domain to a little bit less than 1TB in the
migration case, as the P2M frame list will exceed 8MB in this case.

Raising the record size limit by a factor of 16 allows for domain
sizes of nearly 16TB to be migrated. This ought to be enough.

Andrew Cooper d004e0980d tools/libxc: C implementation of stream format
Provide the C structures matching the binary (wire) format of the new
stream format. All header/record fields are naturally aligned and
explicit padding fields are used to ensure the correct layout (i.e.,
there is no need for any non-standard structure packing pragma or
attribute).

Provide some helper functions for converting types to string for
diagnostic purposes.
