Wei Liu 38a85fe8d9 build/m4: fix python library detection on Ubuntu systems 
16cc3362ae doesn't work on Ubuntu with gcc (but it does work with
clang). Work around it by manipulating LIBS.

Wei Liu 16cc3362ae build/m4: make python_devel.m4 work with both python 2 and 3 
Do the following:

1. Change the form of "print".
2. Use AC_CHECK_FUNC to avoid the need to generate library name.
3. Remove unused stuff.

Doug Goldstein 3b54cd773d m4/python: fix checks for Python library support 
AC_CHECK_LIB() was running gcc -Llib -lm -lutils conftest.c which on
platforms that do as needed operations by default will result in
underlinking. Instead AC_CHECK_LIB() suggests supplying the extra
libraries necessary in a 5th argument.

Matthew Fioravante 1f44053686 stubdom: Add autoconf 
Stub domains now use autoconf to build.
This configure script can enable or disable specific domains
and also specify custom download locations for stubdom library
packages. See ./configure --help for details.

C and Caml are disabled by default. vtpm-stubdom is conditional
on the presense of cmake.

Rename vtpmmgrdom to vtpmmgr-stubdom

Also update .*ignore
