This patch introduces user configurable parameters to specify RDM
resource and according policies,
Global RDM parameter:
rdm = "strategy=host,policy=strict/relaxed"
Per-device RDM parameter:
pci = [ 'sbdf, rdm_policy=strict/relaxed' ]
Global RDM parameter, "strategy", allows user to specify reserved regions
explicitly, Currently, using 'host' to include all reserved regions reported
on this platform which is good to handle hotplug scenario. In the future
this parameter may be further extended to allow specifying random regions,
e.g. even those belonging to another platform as a preparation for live
migration with passthrough devices. By default this isn't set so we don't
check all rdms. Instead, we just check rdm specific to a given device if
you're assigning this kind of device. Note this option is not recommended
unless you can make sure any conflict does exist.
'strict/relaxed' policy decides how to handle conflict when reserving RDM
regions in pfn space. If conflict exists, 'strict' means an immediate error
so VM can't keep running, while 'relaxed' allows moving forward with a
warning message thrown out.
Default per-device RDM policy is same as default global RDM policy as being
'relaxed'. And the per-device policy would override the global policy like
others.

When a device is marked for passthrough (via the new property
"xen, passthrough"), dom0 must not access to the device (i.e not
loading a driver), but should be able to manage the MMIO/interrupt
of the passthrough device.
The latter part will allow the toolstack to map MMIO/IRQ when a device
is pass through to a guest.
The property "xen, passthrough" will be translated as 'status="disabled"'
in the device tree to avoid DOM0 using the device. We assume that DOM0 is
able to cope with this property (already the case for Linux, and
required by ePAPR).
Rework the function map_device (renamed into handle_device) to:
* For a given device node:
- Give permission to manage IRQ/MMIO for this device
- Retrieve the IRQ configuration (i.e edge/level) from the device
tree
* When the device is not marked for guest passthrough:
- Assign the device to the guest if it's protected by an IOMMU
- Map the IRQs and MMIOs regions to the guest

permissive - a missing or broken policy does not panic
disabled - revert to dummy (no XSM) policy. Was flask_enabled=0

The default mode remains "permissive" and the flask_enforcing boot

Note further that this change doesn't take care of moving the initrd

',' is a valid character in a device-tree path (see ePAPR v1.1 Table
2-1), in fact ',' is actually pretty common in node names.
Using ',' as a separator breaks for example on fast models. If you use
the full path (/smb/motherboard/iofpga@3,00000000/uart@090000) rather
than the alias then earlyprintk gives:
(XEN) Looking for UART console /smb/motherboard/iofpga@3
(XEN) Unable to find device "/smb/motherboard/iofpga@3"
(XEN) Bad console= option 'dtuart'
I actually noticed this on Jetson where the uart is
"/serial@0,70006300" and there happened to be no alias defined.
Instead use ':' as the separator, it is defined to terminate the path
in the context of /chosen/stdout-path (Table 3-4) which is pretty
closely analogous to the dtuart= option and so makes a pretty good
choice (especially since the next patch adds support for stdout-path).
Since no DT aware driver current supports any options there is no
point in retaining support for ',' for backwards compatibility.
Additionally, expand the buffer for the dtuart option, a path can be
far longer than 30 characters (in fact the maximum size of a single
node name is 31, so it's not even necessarily enough for an alias).
128 is completely arbitrary and allows for paths at least 8 deep even
with worst case node names.

Currently the quirk code for SandyBridge uses the VTd timeout value when
writing to an IGD register. This is the wrong timeout to use and, at

Boolean settings for the boot parameter `snb_igd_quirk' keep their current
meaning, enabling or disabling the quirk code with a timeout of 1000 msec.
In addition specifying `snb_igd_quirk=default' will enable the code and
set the timeout to the theoretical maximum of 670 msec. For finer control,
specifying `snb_igd_quirk=n', where `n' is a decimal number, will enable
