This adds an option to the xl domain configuration file syntax for specifying
a kernel command line for device-model stubdomains. It is intended for use with
Linux-based stubdomains.

This allows to set an `id` on the device instead of only the drive. We
are going to need the `id` with the "eject" and
"blockdev-change-media" QMP command as using `device` parameter on
those is deprecated. (`device` is the `id` of the `-drive` on the
command line).
We set the same `id` on both -device and -drive as QEMU doesn't
complain and we can then either do "eject id=$id" or "eject
device=$id".
Using "-drive + -device" instead of only "-drive" has been
available since at least QEMU 0.15, and seems to be the preferred way as it
separates the host part (-drive which describe the disk image location
and format) from the guest part (-device which describe the emulated
device). More information in qemu.git/docs/qdev-device-use.txt .
Changing the command line during migration for the cdrom seems fine.
Also the documentation about migration in QEMU explains that the device
state ID is "been formed from a bus name and device address", so
second IDE bus and first device address on bus is still thus and
doesn't matter if written "-drive if=ide,index=2" or "-drive
ide-cd,bus=ide.1,unit=0".

Pass bridge name to qemu as command line option
When starting qemu, set an environnement variable XEN_DOMAIN_ID,
to be used by qemu helper scripts
The only functional difference of using the br parameter is that the
bridge name gets passed to the QEMU script.
NetBSD doesn't have the ioctl to rename network interfaces implemented, and
thus cannot rename the interface from tapX to vifX.Y-emu. Only qemu knowns
the tap interface name, so we need to use the qemu script from qemu itself.

... and use in 'libxl_device_pci'
This patch is preparatory work for restricting the type passed to functions
that only require BDF information, rather than passing a 'libxl_device_pci'
structure which is only partially filled. In this patch only the minimal
mechanical changes necessary to deal with the structural changes are made.
Subsequent patches will adjust the code to make better use of the new type.

The device model state saved by QMP xen-save-devices-state doesn't
include the vmdesc json. When restoring an HVM, xen-load-devices-state
always triggers "Expected vmdescription section, but got 0". This is
not a problem when restore comes from a file. However, when QEMU runs
in a linux stubdom and comes over a console, EOF is not received. This
causes a delay restoring - though it does restore.
Setting suppress-vmdesc skips looking for the vmdesc during restore and
avoids the wait.
QEMU 5.2 enables suppress-vmdesc by default for xenfv, but this change
sets it manually for xenfv and xen_platform_pci=0 when -machine pc is
use.
QEMU commit 9850c6047b8b "migration: Allow to suppress vmdesc
submission" added suppress-vmdesc in QEMU 2.3.

QEMU without VNC support (configure --disable-vnc) will return an error
when VNC is queried over QMP since it does not recognize the QMP
command. This will cause libxl to fail starting the domain even if VNC
is not enabled. Therefore only query QEMU for VNC support when using
VNC, so a VNC-less QEMU will function in this configuration.
'goto out' jumps to the call to device_model_postconfig_done(), the
final callback after the chain of vnc queries. This bypasses all the
QMP VNC queries.
