Ewan Mellor eacb86fc1b Added Xen-API features needed to implement xm info: host.sched_policy 
(replacing VM.VCPUs_policy, which never made sense), and
host.cpu_configuration.  Add other details into either host.software_version
or host.other_config as appropriate.

Implement xm info and the scheduler-detection check using this.

Ewan Mellor abc324d48f Replace VM.platform_{std_VGA,serial,localtime,clock_offset,enable_audio} with 
a single VM.platform String -> String Map.

Propogate this change through to XendDomainInfo and image so that the
backwards compatibility is handled by XendConfig.

Make PCI_bus a read-write field.

Added C bindings for these changes also.

Tim Deegan 8ae71c0646 [HVM] Save/restore: tidy PFN handling in the tools. 
Make the differences clearer between the number of frames, the max PFN
and the size of the pfn array, and handle te framebuffer more cleanly.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain a7c824cbf1 tools: Advertise save/restore multiple VCPU contexts capability. 
This capability means that save/restore will remember contexts of all
online VCPUs at the time of final guest suspend. Any initialised but
offline VCPUs will not be saved!
