Some SMBIOS tables are used by certain malware families to detect virtualized
environments via WMI queries.
To improve stealth for sandboxing purposes, this patch adds support
for populating these SMBIOS tables from an external binary specified
via the "smbios_firmware" domain config option:
* 7 - Cache Info
* 8 - Port Connector
* 9 - System Slots
* 26 - Voltage Probe
* 27 - Cooling Device
* 28 - Temperature Probe
If particular table is absent in binary file, then it will not be mapped to
memory. This method works for Windows domains as tables 7,8,9,26,27,28 are not
critical for OS boot and runtime. Also if "smbios_firmware" parameter is not
provided, these tables will be skipped in write_smbios_tables function.

SMBIOS specification dictates that tables should have a minimal length.
This commit introduces further validation for user-input SMBIOS tables.
As per SMBIOS Reference Specification:
* Type 0: For version 2.3 and later implementations, the length is at least 14h
* Type 1: 1Bh for 2.4 and later
* Type 2: at least 08h
* Type 3: 0Dh for version 2.1 and later
* Type 11: 5h (+ strings)
* Type 22: 1Ah (+ strings)
* Type 39: a minimum of 10h
Notably, this also fixes previously incorrect check for chassis handle in
smbios_type_2_init. Chassis handle is a WORD, therefore, the condition now
correctly checks for >= 13 instead of > 13.
hvmloader currently implements version 2.4
Furthermore, this commit introduces smbios_pt_copy helper function to substitute
previously repeating pattern of locating the struct in physical memory (via
get_smbios_pt_struct), checking the length and copying it into SMBIOS region.

The current strtoll() implementation in hvmloader requires hex number to be
prefixed with 0x, otherwise strtoll() won't parse them correctly even when
calling the function with base == 16.
Fix this by not unconditionally setting the base to 10 when the string is
not 0 prefixed, this also allows parsing octal numbers not 0 prefixed.
While there also handle '0X' as a valid hex number prefix, together with
'0x'.

The Xen platform PCI device (vendor ID 0x5853) exposed to x86 HVM guests
doesn't have the functionality of a traditional PCI device. The exposed
MMIO BAR is used by some guests (including Linux) as a safe place to map
foreign memory, including the grant table itself.
Traditionally BARs from devices have the uncacheable (UC) cache attribute
from the MTRR, to ensure correct functionality of such devices. hvmloader
mimics this behavior and sets the MTRR attributes of both the low and high
PCI MMIO windows (where BARs of PCI devices reside) as UC in MTRR.
This however causes performance issues for users of the Xen platform PCI
device BAR, as for the purposes of mapping remote memory there's no need to
use the UC attribute. On Intel systems this is worked around by using
iPAT, that allows the hypervisor to force the effective cache attribute of
a p2m entry regardless of the guest PAT value. AMD however doesn't have an
equivalent of iPAT, and guest PAT values are always considered.
Linux commit:
41925b105e34 xen: replace xen_remap() with memremap()
Attempted to mitigate this by forcing mappings of the grant-table to use
the write-back (WB) cache attribute. However Linux memremap() takes MTRRs
into account to calculate which PAT type to use, and seeing the MTRR cache
attribute for the region being UC the PAT also ends up as UC, regardless of
the caller having requested WB.
As a workaround to allow current Linux to map the grant-table as WB using
memremap() introduce an xl.cfg option (xen_platform_pci_bar_uc=0) that can
be used to select whether the Xen platform PCI device BAR will have the UC
attribute in MTRR. Such workaround in hvmloader should also be paired with
a fix for Linux so it attempts to change the MTRR of the Xen platform PCI
device BAR to WB by itself.
Overall, the long term solution would be to provide the guest with a safe
range in the guest physical address space where mappings to foreign pages
can be created.

After some recent change the order of MTRR vs PCI initialization is
inverted. MTRR will get initialization ahead of PCI scanning and sizing of
MMIO regions. As a result when setting up MTRRs the MMIO window below 4GB
will always have the same size, and there will be no window above 4GB.
This results in malformed and incomplete MTRRs being setup.

notice the ordering dependency.

because SeaBIOS may otherwise just mark it as RAM. There is, however,
yet another reason to do it even in the PVH path. Xen's incarnation of
AML relies on having access to some ACPI tables (e.g: _STA of Processor
objects relies on reading the processor online bit in its MADT entry)
This is problematic if the OS tries to reclaim ACPI memory for page
tables as it's needed for runtime and can't be reclaimed after the OSPM
