Nicola Vetrini 78f2a5792c automation/eclair: Reduce verbosity of ECLAIR logs.
While activating verbose logging simplifies debugging, this causes
GitLab logs to be truncated, preventing the links to the ECLAIR
analysis database to be shown.

No functional change.

Alessandro Zucchelli 631f535a3d xen: update ECLAIR service identifiers from MC3R1 to MC3A2.
Rename all instances of ECLAIR MISRA C:2012 service identifiers,
identified by the prefix MC3R1, to use the prefix MC3A2, which
refers to MISRA C:2012 Amendment 2 guidelines.

This update is motivated by the need to upgrade ECLAIR GitLab runners
that use the new naming scheme for MISRA C:2012 Amendment 2 guidelines.

Changes to the docs/misra directory are needed in order to keep
comment-based deviation up to date.

Federico Serafini 0ac3b175e7 automation/eclair: configure Rule 13.6 and custom service B.UNEVALEFF
Rule 13.6 states that "The operand of the `sizeof' operator shall not
contain any expression which has potential side effects".

Define service B.UNEVALEFF as an extension of Rule 13.6 to
check for unevalued side effects also for typeof and alignof operators.

Update ECLAIR configuration to deviate uses of BUILD_BUG_ON and
alternative_v?call[0-9] for both Rule 13.6 and B.UNEVALEFF.

Add service B.UNEVALEFF to the accepted.ecl guidelines to check
"violations" in the weekly analysis.

Maria Celeste Cesario f4519ee87e eclair: move function and macro properties outside ECLAIR
Function and macro properties contained in ECLAIR/call_properties.ecl are of
general interest: this patch moves these annotations in a generaric JSON file
in docs. In this way, they can be exploited for other purposes (i.e. documentation,
other tools).

Add rst file containing explanation on how to update function_macro_properties.json.
Add script to convert the JSON file in ECL configurations.
Remove ECLAIR/call_properties.ecl: the file is now automatically generated from
the JSON file.

Nicola Vetrini 896c191786 automation/eclair_analysis: file exclusion automation
The file exclude-list.json contains files that are classified as
adopted code for MISRA compliance. Therefore, this file is used to
automatically generate a suitable .ecl configuration for ECLAIR.

As such, many entries in out_of_scope.ecl can be removed, as they
would be duplicates.

The scheduled analyses are intended to maintain an overall vision

Simone Ballarin c4392ec832 automation: Add ECLAIR utilities and settings
The files with extension ecl are ECLAIR configurations that
are loaded during the analysis phase or during the report
generation phase: analysis.ecl is the main file for the analysis
phase, while reports.ecl is the one for the report phase.
All other ecl files are included by one of the two main ones.

The actions* scripts implement the integration with the CI server,
they are completely general and can be amended to work with any CI
server. Their presence in xen.git is recommended so that maintainance
would be easier.

analyze.sh is the script that actually triggers the analysis.
