Juergen Gross 4664034cdc tools/libs: move official headers to common directory
Instead of each library having an own include directory move the
official headers to tools/include instead. This will drop the need to
link those headers to tools/include and there is no need any longer
to have library-specific include paths when building Xen.

While at it remove setting of the unused variable
PKG_CONFIG_CFLAGS_LOCAL in libs/*/Makefile.

Bertrand Marquis 40fe714ca4 tools/libs/stat: use memcpy instead of strncpy in getBridge
Use memcpy in getBridge to prevent gcc warnings about truncated
strings. We know that we might truncate it, so the gcc warning
here is wrong.
Revert previous change changing buffer sizes as bigger buffers
are not needed.

Juergen Gross 90c9f9f4dd tools: drop all deprecated usages of xs_*_open() and friends in tools
Switch all usages of xs_daemon_open*() and xs_domain_open() to use
xs_open() instead. While at it switch xs_daemon_close() users to
xs_close().

Juergen Gross c8099e48c3 tools/libs/stat: fix broken build
Making getBridge() static triggered a build error with some gcc versions:

error: 'strncpy' output may be truncated copying 15 bytes from a string of
length 255 [-Werror=stringop-truncation]

Fix that by using a buffer with 256 bytes instead.

Juergen Gross 6d0ec05390 tools: split libxenstat into new tools/libs/stat directory
There is no reason why libxenstat is not placed in the tools/libs
directory.

At the same time move xenstat.h to a dedicated include directory
in tools/libs/stat in order to follow the same pattern as the other
libraries in tools/libs.

As now xentop is the only left directory in xenstat move it directly
under tools and get rid of tools/xenstat.

Fix some missing prototype errors (add one prototype and make two
functions static).
