This commit cleans up code to reduce compiler warnings:
* remove unused open statements (warning 33)
* remove unused 'rec' declarations (warnign 39)
* remove unused type declarations (warning 34)
* mark unused variables with an underscore (warning 27)
* mark unused value declarations with an underscore (warning 32)
This commit does not include changes to fix compiler warnings 52
(matching against strings in exceptions). These changes have no impact
on functionality.

Running "make uninstall" does not remove all installed files, a
situation which might cause link related issues if xen is re-installed
in a different location.
In order to make uninstall correctly remove the files it is best
the process should be done recursively by mirroring each "install"
target with an "uninstall" who removes the installed files.
An exception to this rule is uninstalling the files produced by
"qemu-xen-dir-remote" and "qemu-xen-traditional-dir", which are external
to the project. These projects do not implement an "uninstall" target so
the files have to be removed manually.

xtl doesn't require the full LDLIBS_libxenctrl, just the -L and
xenlight.cmxa, the latter which contains LDLIBS_libxenctrl as needed.
Fixing this avoids the need to be concerned about LDLIBS_libxenctrl
becoming more than one word in the future.
Since the tests are pure ocaml (no C components) CFLAGS and
LIBS_xenlight are not required.

Also:
* Reorganise toplevel OCaml functions into modules of Xenlight.
* Factor out the management of ao_how into the function aohow_val. The ao_how
is now malloc'ed, just to make this function a little easier to use.
