Andrew Cooper e1b7eb92d3 tools: Move ARRAY_SIZE() into xen-tools/libs.h
xen-tools/libs.h currently contains a shared BUILD_BUG_ON() implementation and
is used by some tools. Extend this to include ARRAY_SIZE and clean up all the
opencoding.

Paul Durrant fcc0986c7a x86/hvm: re-name struct hvm_mmio_handler to hvm_mmio_ops
The struct just contains three methods and no data, so the name
hvm_mmio_ops more accurately reflects its content. A subsequent patch
introduces a new structure which more accurately warrants the name
hvm_mmio_handler so doing the rename in this purely cosmetic patch avoids
conflating functional and cosmetic changes in a single patch.

Wei Liu f9c9b12775 tools: fix "make distclean"
The original rule to target "distclean" in tools/Rules.mk was in effect
"make clean". It should be "make distclean".

However not all Makefiles in subdirectories have distclean target
defined. So this patch also adds a bunch of distclean targets to various
Makefiles. They only depend on clean target and don't have any actions
in most cases.

With the patch applied, following command outputs 0 results:

find tools -name 'Makefile*' -exec grep -L 'distclean' {} \+ \
     | grep -v ocaml | grep -v libfsimage

Ocaml and libfsimage are known to have distclean defined in a dedicated
rules file.

Don Slutz 864fec3f36 hvm/hpet: Add manual unit test code.
Add the code at tools/tests/vhpet.

See comment in tools/tests/vhpet/main.c for details on running
either in a xen source tree or elsewhere.

A basic in source tree usage is:

make -C tools/tests/vhpet run

Does repro the bug:

..MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC

The make file includes coping hpet.c and hpet.h from the source
tree. hpet.c is then modifed to remove all include file and add the
emul.h include file.

The manual test code has only a few automatic checks that output
messages to stderr:

1) Possible ..MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer...
if 1st period is not <= the expected value

2) hpet_set_mode(%ld): T%d Error: Set ...
if read of comparator != write of comparator in

3) hpet_check_stopped(%ld): T%d Error: Set ...
   if read != write

4) main(%ld): With clock stopped mc64 changed: ...
if hpet_save returns different master clock values when called
   more then once.

It also generates a lot of output, which is why the sugested way to
use includes a redirect of stdout to a file.
