kfraser@localhost.localdomain 9de4f0c67d tools: Clean up use of 'install' command.
- convert raw "install" command to use $(INSTALL)
- convert some $(INSTALL) to $(INSTALL_DATA) as appropriate
- modify the specific $(INSTALL) definitions to use -p.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain 02e0af9533 [PVFB][TOOLS] Terminate backend when frontend vanishes early
Ensure the backend terminates when the frontend vanishes before the
connection is established. This happens when the guest doesn't have
the devices.

Ian Campbell 8e84e3f524 [TOOLS] Fix foreign header build breakage.
Having both the Xen tree and the tools tree recurse into the foreign
headers directory causes headaches in parallel builds and when
building 32-bit tools + 64 bit Xen in the same tree.

Therefore we cause mk-symlinks to symlink in the foreign headers build
bits and generate a local version of the headers and checker tool.

Only libxc needs to do this since the other tools were actually
picking up the libxc version of the headers anyway so the mk-symlinks
calls can be removed from these components.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain a7e0434e12 [PVFB] Support keymap localisation.
Conversion to the scan code uses QEMU's function.
Moreover, keyboard support for PVFB uses QEMU's keymaps.
Keyboard default layout is en-us.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain a090ca495e VNC pasword authentication support for the paravirt framebuffer server.
The rules for configuring the password are equivalent of those used
for HVM, but the actual guest config option is a little different as a
result of the recent refactoring of the PVFB config file syntax.

 - If the 'vfb' option in the guest config has a 'vncpasswd' parameter
   specified
      - If the passwd is not zero length, use that
      - Else run with no authentication (important as it enables
        override of next rule)
 - Else-if the xend-config.sxp has a password specified use that
 - Else run with no authentication

Example configuration:

 - To set an explicit guest password:
    vfb = [ "type=vnc,vncunused=1,vnclisten=0.0.0.0,vncpasswd=123456"]

 - To disable authentication, overriding any XenD configured
   default password
    vfb = [ "type=vnc,vncunused=1,vnclisten=0.0.0.0,vncpasswd="]

 - To run with default XenD configured password (if any)
    vfb = [ "type=vnc,vncunused=1,vnclisten=0.0.0.0"]

Steven Smith 4ffdeb2ddc [PVFB][TOOLS] Don't unwatch the framebuffer frontend's state node just
because it want to state Closed. Otherwise, we don't notice when
the node gets deleted, and can't reliably shut the backend down.

Steven Smith a5ae44fcdf This is Anthony Liguori's virtual framebuffer forward ported and
extensively hacked based on feedback from xen-devel.

Its architecture is comparable to the common split device driver
architecture: xenfb and xenkbd modules serve as frontend in domU, and
the user space vncfb or sdlfb process serves as backend in dom0.
