...to denote what it actually does.
The name libxl__xs_write() suggests something taking a buffer and length,
akin to write(2), whereas the semantics of the function are actually more
akin to printf(3).
This patch is a textual substitution of libxl__xs_write with
libxl__xs_printf with some associated formatting fixes.

Since XSA-131 qemu-xen now restricts access to PCI cfg by default. In
order to allow local configuration of the existing libxl_device_pci
"permissive" flag needs to be plumbed through via the new QMP property
added by the XSA-131 patches.
Versions of QEMU prior to XSA-131 did not support this permissive
property, so we only pass it if it is true. Older versions only
supported permissive mode.
qemu-xen-traditional already supports the permissive mode setting via
xenstore.

Now that Xen uses qdisks by default and qemu does not write out
statistics to sysfs this patch queries the QMP for disk statistics.
This patch depends on libyajl for parsing statistics returned from
QMP. The runtime requires libyajl 2.0.3 or newer for required bug
fixes in yajl_tree_parse().
Libxl is modified to create a new socket dedicated for the use of
libxenstat for querying the block statistics using QMP.
The current APIs remain unchanged. It works within the existing
framework of libxenstat.

Currently Xen hvm s3 has a bug coming from the difference between
qemu-traditional and qemu-xen. For qemu-traditional, the way to
resume from hvm s3 is via 'xl trigger' command. However, for
qemu-xen, the way to resume from hvm s3 inherited from standard
qemu, i.e. via QMP, and it doesn't work under Xen.
The root cause is, for qemu-xen, 'xl trigger' command didn't reset
devices, while QMP didn't unpause hvm domain though they did qemu
system reset.
We have two qemu patches one xl patch to fix the HVM S3 bug:
This patch is the xl patch. It invokes QMP system_wakeup so that
qemu logic for hvm s3 could be triggered.

We want a function for setting fds to nonblocking, so introduce one.
This is a very similar requirement to that for libxl_fd_set_cloexec,
so make it common with that.
While we're at it, fix a few deficiences that make this latter
function less desirable than it could be:
* Change the return from 0/-1 (like a syscall) to a libxl error code
* Take a boolean parameter for turning the flag on and off
* Log on error (and so, take a ctx for this purpose)
Change callers of libxl_fd_set_cloexec to notice errors. (Although,
such errors are highly unlikely.)

Previously LIBXL_INIT_GC was an initialiser, which you were expected
to use like this:
libxl__gc gc = LIBXL_INIT_GC(ctx);
But we are going to want to put things in the gc which are to be
initialised using other macros. That means that LIBXL_INIT_GC has to
become a statement too. So instead, we make it so that it's used like this:
libxl_gc gc;
LIBXL_INIT_GC(gc,ctx);
In fact there are only a couple of callers now,
including GC_INIT which uses this trick:
libxl_gc gc[1];
LIBXL_INIT_GC(gc[0],ctx);

libxl__gc gc = LIBXL_INIT_GC(ctx);
...
libxl__free_all(&gc);

GC_INIT(ctx);
...
GC_FREE;
throughout with a couple of perl runes.
We must then adjust uses of the resulting gc for pointerness, which is
mostly just replacing all occurrences of "&gc" with "gc". Also a
couple of unusual uses of LIBXL_INIT_GC needed to be fixed up by hand.
Here are those runes:
perl -i -pe 's/\Q libxl__gc gc = LIBXL_INIT_GC(ctx);/ GC_INIT(ctx);/' tools/libxl/*.c

This
1. makes the order of header inclusion more predictable
2. explicitly allows libxl_internal.h to use objects defined in libxl.h
3. removes the need for individual files to include these headers
Also
- remove some unnecessary #includes of libxl_utils.h,
