Some distro kernels do not handle spurious page faults so allow these
to be supressed on a per VM basis.

Guest domain's memory map may be updated concurrently so that
it is protected sequence lock.
This patch makes xc_ia64_copy_memmap() use DOM0VP_get_memmap
hypercall to avoid the race.

remove code duplication between xc_ia64_linux_save.c and xc_core_ia64.c
by introducing xc_ia64_copy_memmap().
Later xc_ia64_copy_memmap() will be enhanced.

So far, VGA io size is ignored and memory size which assigned to
domain is smaller than what user specified by VGA io size.
This patch take VGA io size into consideration when memory population.

Otherwise we unmap a larger region than was mapped when saving 32 bit
guest from 64 bit tools, leading to badness.

Add a missing CPUID leaf that contains AMD-specific cache info.
Without this, Windows can spin trying to prefetch memory buffers using
a stride length of zero.

When creating an HVM domain, if e.g. another domain is created before
qemu allocates video memory, the extra 8MB memory ballooning is not
available any more, because it got consumed by the other domain.
This fixes it by taking video memory from the main memory:
- make hvmloader use e820_malloc to reserve some of the main memory
and notify ioemu of its address through the Xen platform PCI card.
- add XENMAPSPACE_mfn to the xen_add_to_physmap memory op, to allow
ioemu to move the MFNs between the original position and the PCI
mapping, when LFB acceleration is disabled/enabled
- add a remove_from_physmap memory op, to allow ioemu to unmap it
completely for the case of old guests with acceleration disabled.
- add xc_domain_memory_translate_gpfn_list to libxc to allow ioemu to
get the MFNs of the video memory.
- have xend save the PCI memory space instead of ioemu: if a memory
page is there, the guest can access it like usual memory, so xend
can safely be responsible to save it. The extra benefit is that
live migration will apply the logdirty optimization there too.
- handle old saved images, populating the video memory from ioemu if
really needed.

This fixes a crash when restoring guests with certain memory sizes (eg
223MB). The ROUNDUP in the call to memcpy, was the main offender, but
I didn't care for the inplace resizing of the p2m entries either.

* Uninitialized dev_bus_addr argument to GNTTABOP_unmap_grant_ref
results in an angry hypervisor.
* Set errno in libxc and return -1 on error.
* op.status is a int16_t, so it should be printed with PRId16.
* Don't print domids[0] or refs[0] if the ptr is NULL. It's more
polite to crash later, after the message has been printed.

I've implemented a grant map for mini-os to support the xc_gnttab_*()
functions, the equivalent of gntdev in linux. This is useful for my
work in putting xenstored in a stub domain.

The current implementation in minios of xc_evtchn_pending doesn't set
read=0 when there is exactly one port pending. This resulted in
select() incorrectly reporting the file descriptor as ready.

and waiting for the notification to be propagated via xenstore.
