The spec requires 64-byte alignment, not 16.

Jason Andryuk d3db7e043c libacpi: widen TPM detection
The hardcoded tpm_signature is too restrictive to detect many TPMs. For
instance, it doesn't accept a QEMU emulated TPM (VID 0x1014 DID 0x0001).
Make the TPM detection match that in rombios which accepts a wider
range.

With this change, the TPM's TCPA ACPI table is generated and the guest
OS can automatically load the tpm_tis driver. It also allows seabios to
detect and use the TPM. However, seabios skips some TPM initialization
when running under Xen, so it will not populate any PCRs unless modified
to run the initialization under Xen.

Andrew Cooper 6227a40f67 tools/libacpi: Drop useless print messages
Libraries have no buisness using stdout directly, and these have no real
value. Dropping them removes the following output when building a PVH guest:

  [root@fusebot ~]# xl create shim.cfg
  Parsing config from shim.cfg
  S3 disabled
  S4 disabled
  CONV disabled

Roger Pau Monne a8c87a8788 acpi: set correct address of the control/event blocks in the FADT
Commit 149c6b unmasked an issue long present in Xen: the control/event
block addresses provided in the ACPI FADT table where hardcoded to the
V1 version. This was papered over because hvmloader would also always
set HVM_PARAM_ACPI_IOPORTS_LOCATION to 1 regardless of the BIOS
version.

The most notable issue caused by the above bug was that the QEMU
traditional GPE0 block was out of sync: the address provided in the
FADT didn't match the address QEMU was using.

Note that PM1a and TMR worked fine because the V1 address was
hardcoded in the FADT and HVM_PARAM_ACPI_IOPORTS_LOCATION was
unconditionally set to 1 by hvmloader.

Fix this by passing the address of the control/event blocks to
acpi_build_tables, so the values can be properly set in the FADT table
provided to the guest.

Paul Durrant 4c8153d97e tools/firmware: add ACPI device for Windows laptop/slate mode switch
Microsoft have defined an ACPI device to support switching Windows 10
between laptop/desktop mode and slate/tablet mode [1].

This patch adds an SSDT containing such a device. The presence of the
device is controlled by a new 'acpi_laptop_slate' boolean in xl.cfg.
The new device will not be present by default.

Roger Pau Monné e20c3eb8dd libacpi: announce that PVHv2 has no CMOS RTC in FADT
At the moment this flag is unconditionally set for PVHv2 domains. Note that
using this boot flag requires that the FADT table revision is at least 5.

Roger Pau Monné dfb9d895b0 libacpi: update FADT layout to support version 5
Update the structure of the FADT table to version 5, and use that version for
PVHv2 guests. Note that HVM guests will continue to use FADT 4. In order to do
this, add a new field to acpi_config that contains the ACPI revision to use by
libacpi. Note that currently this only applies to the FADT.
