Blktap2 is effectively dead for a few years.
Notable changes in this patch:
0. Unhook blktap2 from build system
1. libxl no longer supports TAP disk backend, with appropriate assertions
added and some code paths now return ERROR_FAIL
2. Tap is no longer a supported backend
3. Remove blktap2 entry from MAINTAINERS
A patch to remove blktap2 directory will come later.

Running "make uninstall" does not remove all installed files, a
situation which might cause link related issues if xen is re-installed
in a different location.
In order to make uninstall correctly remove the files it is best
the process should be done recursively by mirroring each "install"
target with an "uninstall" who removes the installed files.
An exception to this rule is uninstalling the files produced by
"qemu-xen-dir-remote" and "qemu-xen-traditional-dir", which are external
to the project. These projects do not implement an "uninstall" target so
the files have to be removed manually.

Add functions to libxl to setup a Xen 9pfs frontend/backend connection.
Add support to xl to parse a 9pfs option in the VM config file, in the
following format:
p9=["tag=share_dir,security_model=none,path=/root/share_dir"]
where tag identifies the 9pfs share and it is required to mount it on
the guest side, path is the path of the filesystem to share and the only
security_model supported is "none" which means that files are stored
using the same credentials as they are created on the guest (no user
ownership squash or remap).

From the make documentation:
"$* [...] If the target is `dir/a.foo.b' and the target pattern is
`a.%.b' then the stem is `dir/foo'. In a static pattern rule, the
stem is part of the file name that matched the `%' in the target
pattern."
The rule generating the c types files from the idl ones is not
a static pattern rule, but rather an implicit rule. Thus the value
of $* is preceded by the file path, instead of only what matches %.
In order to get this fixed, drop the path using a $(notdir $*).

pkg-config from FreeBSD ports doesn't have ${prefix}/share/pkgconfig in the
default search path, fix this by having a PKG_INSTALLDIR variable that can
be changed on a per-OS basis.
It would be best to use PKG_INSTALLDIR as defined by the pkg.m4 macro, but
sadly this also reports a wrong value on FreeBSD (${libdir}/pkgconfig, which
expands to /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig by default, and is also _not_ part of
the default pkg-config search path).
This patch should not change the behavior for Linux installs.
