Logically it is better to move vkb to separate file as vkb device used not only
by vfb and console.

Applications like libvirt may not populate a device devid field,
delegating that to libxl. If needed, the application can later
retrieve the libxl-produced devid. Indeed most devices are handled
this way in libvirt, channel devices included.
This works well when only one channel device is defined, but more
than one results in
qemu-system-i386: -chardev socket,id=libxl-channel-1,\
path=/tmp/test-org.qemu.guest_agent.00,server,nowait:
Duplicate ID 'libxl-channel-1' for chardev
Besides the odd '-1' value in the id, multiple channels have the same
id, causing qemu to fail. A simple fix is to set an uninitialized
devid (-1) to the dev_num passed to libxl__init_console_from_channel().

On adding to XS name of device is taken from
libxl__device_kind enum. On getting device from XS
the name is hardcoded. It leads to potential
mistmatch errors. The patch is using libxl__device_kind
everywere to have one source of device name.

In libxl__device_vuart_add vuart_gfn is getting stored as a hex value:
> flexarray_append(ro_front, GCSPRINTF("%"PRI_xen_pfn, state->vuart_gfn));
However, xenstore reads this value as a decimal value and tries to map the
wrong address and fails.
This patch introduces a new format specifier "PRIu_xen_pfn" which formats the value as a
decimal value.

Add a new vuart console node to xenstore. This node is added at
/local/domain/$DOMID/vuart/0.
The node contains information such as the ring-ref, event channel,
buffer limit and type of console.
Xenconsole reads the node information to setup the ring buffer and
event channel for sending/receiving vuart data.

An option is provided in libxl to enable/disable SBSA vuart while
creating a guest domain.
Libxl now supports a generic vuart console and SBSA uart is a specific type.
In future support can be added for multiple vuart of different types.
User can enable SBSA vuart by adding the following line in the guest
configuration file:
vuart = "sbsa_uart"

Almost all devices have similar libxl__device_xxxx_add function.
This generic functions implement same functionality but
using the device handling framework. Th device specific
part such as setting xen store configurationis moved
to set_xenstore_config callback of the device framework.

On soft reset we remove the domain from xenstore and introduce it back to
have everything reconnected. Console, however, stays attached (as xenconsoled
checks if the domain is dying and our domain is not) but we lose the
information about tty:
before soft reset:
console = ""
...
type = "xenconsoled"
output = "pty"
tty = "/dev/pts/1"
...
after:
console = ""
...
type = "xenconsoled"
output = "pty"
