Blktap2 is effectively dead for a few years.
Notable changes in this patch:
0. Unhook blktap2 from build system
1. libxl no longer supports TAP disk backend, with appropriate assertions
added and some code paths now return ERROR_FAIL
2. Tap is no longer a supported backend
3. Remove blktap2 entry from MAINTAINERS
A patch to remove blktap2 directory will come later.

On adding to XS name of device is taken from
libxl__device_kind enum. On getting device from XS
the name is hardcoded. It leads to potential
mistmatch errors. The patch is using libxl__device_kind
everywere to have one source of device name.

CD-ROM backend selection was partially based on the device model, this
is no longer needed since the device model "none" is now removed, so
HVM guests always have a device model.

As we have generic functions to get device list
(libxl__device_list) no need to have callback in
the framework. To resolve issue when XS entry
doesn't match device name, device type is
extended with field "entry" which keeps XS entry.

Add libxl__device_add to simple write XenStore device conifg
and libxl__device_add_async to update domain configuration
and write XenStore device config asynchroniously.
Almost all devices have similar libxl__device_xxxx_add function.
This generic functions implement same functionality but
using the device handling framework. Th device specific
part such as setting xen store configurationis moved
to set_xenstore_config callback of the device framework.

Specifying an empty cdrom device will result in a Xenstore entry
params = aio:(null)
as the physical device path isn't existing. This lets a domain booted
via OVMF hang as OVMF is checking for "aio:" only in order to detect
the empty cdrom case.
Use an empty string for the physical device path in this case. As a
cdrom device for HVM is always backed by qdisk we only need to cover this
backend.
