George Dunlap 6a05c1a9b6 libxl: Make killing of device model asynchronous
Or at least, give it an asynchronous interface so that we can make it
actually asynchronous in subsequent patches.

Create state structures and callback function signatures. Add the
state structure to libxl__destroy_domid_state. Break
libxl__destroy_domid down into two functions.

No functional change intended.

George Dunlap a233781cd6 libxl: Move qmp cleanup into devicemodel destroy function
Removing the qmp connection is logically part of the device model
destruction; having the caller destroy it is a mild layering
violation.

Move libxl__qmp_cleanup() into libxl__destroy_device_model().  This
will make it easier when we make devicemodel destruction asynchronous.

Juergen Gross 2c0b1824b1 tools/xl: refuse to set number of vcpus to 0 via xl vcpu-set
Trying to set the number of vcpus of a domain to 0 isn't refused.
We should not allow that.

Marek Marczykowski-Górecki 9ee6308d5b libxl: add libxl_domain_suspend_only to simply suspend a domain, without saving it
Similar functionality to libxl_domain_suspend(), but do not save domains
state to any file. Only suspend the domain and keep it in suspended
shutdown state (do not destroy it). Such domain can be later woken up
with libxl_domain_resume. The main reason for this functionality is to
suspend the host while some domains are running, potentially holding PCI
devices. This will give a chance to a driver in such a domain to
properly suspend the device.

Oleksandr Grytsov 43a858403e libxl: use libxl__device_kind to get device XS entry
On adding to XS name of device is taken from
libxl__device_kind enum. On getting device from XS
the name is hardcoded. It leads to potential
mistmatch errors. The patch is using libxl__device_kind
everywere to have one source of device name.

Roger Pau Monne 1b33150fe0 libxl/pvh: force PVH guests to use the xenstore shutdown
PVH guests are all required to support the xenstore-based shutdown
signalling, since there is no other way for a PVH guest to be
requested to shut down.

For HVM guests we check whether the guest has installed a PV-on-HVM
interrupt callback; that does not make sense for PVH guests.

So for PVH guests, take the PV path: assume that all PVH guests have
suitable xenstore drivers.

Oleksandr Grytsov da80c8788f libxl: remove list callback from device framework
As we have generic functions to get device list
(libxl__device_list) no need to have callback in
the framework. To resolve issue when XS entry
doesn't match device name, device type is
extended with field "entry" which keeps XS entry.
