Ian Jackson	2d06b3f0df	Build etherboot ROM from source. We now include the source for Etherboot (5.4.2, obtained from git) rather than a pre-built ROM. This gives better traceability and GPL licence compliance. See tools/firmware/etherboot/README for details. Signed-off-by: Ian Jackson <ian.jackson@eu.citrix.com>	2008-01-30 18:39:04 +00:00
