Update add_to_bridge shell function to read the vlan parameter from
xenstore and set the bridge VLAN configuration for the VID.
Add additional helper functions to parse the vlan specification,
which consists of one or more of the following:
a) single VLAN (e.g. 10).
b) contiguous range of VLANs (e.g. 10-15).
c) discontiguous range with base, increment and count
(e.g. 100+10x9 which gives VLAN IDs 100, 110, ... 190).
A single VLAN can be suffixed with "p" to indicate the PVID, or
"u" to indicate untagged. A range of VLANs can be suffixed with
"u" to indicate untagged. A complex example would be:
vlan=1p/10-15/20-25u
This capability requires the iproute2 bridge command to be
installed. An error will be generated if the vlan parameter is
set and the bridge command is not available.

This patch adds a systemd sleep hook script to stop the xen-watchdog
service before system suspend and start it again after resume.
Stopping the watchdog before a system suspend operation may look unsafe.
Let's imagine the following situation: 'systemctl suspend' does not
interact with the running service at all. In such a case, the Xen
watchdog daemon freezes just before suspend. If this happens, for
example, right before sending a ping, and Xen has not yet marked the
domain as suspended (is_shutting_down), the Xen watchdog timer may
trigger a false alert.
This is an almost impossible situation, because typically:
ping time = watchdog timeout / 2
and the watchdog timeout is usually set to a relatively large value
(dozens of seconds).
Still, this is more likely with very short watchdog timeouts. It may
happen in the following scenarios:
* Significant delays occur between freezing Linux tasks and
triggering the ACPI or PSCI sleep request or handler.
* Long delays happen inside Xen between the entrance to the sleep
trigger and the actual forwarding of the sleep request further.
A similar situation may occur on resume with short timeouts. During the
resume operation, Xen restores timers and the domain context. The Xen
watchdog timer also resumes. If it schedules the domain right before the
watchdog timeout expires, and the daemon responsible for pinging is not
yet running, a timeout might occur.
Both scenarios are rare and typically require very small watchdog
timeouts combined with significant delays in Xen or the Linux kernel
during suspend/resume flows.
Conceptually, however, if activating and pinging the Xen watchdog is the
responsibility of the domain and its services, then the domain should
also manage the watchdog service/daemon lifecycle. This is similar to
what is already done by the Xen watchdog driver inside the Linux kernel.

After A releases its lock, script B will return from flock and execute
stat. Since the lockfile has been removed by A, stat prints an error to

filling /var/log/xen/xen-hotplug.log with "No such file or directory"

The vif-route script should only call 'ip route' when 'ipcmd' has been
set, otherwise it will fail due to an incorrect command string.
This patch also adds routes for 'tap' (i.e. emulated) devices as well as
'vif' (i.e. PV) devices. Empirically offline/online commands relate to
'vif' devices, and add/remove commands relate to 'tap' devices. However,
this patch treats them equally and uses ${type_if} to distinguish. By
adding cases for add/remove the command list becomes exhaustive and hence
'ipcmd' is guaranteed to be set.
Routes for 'tap' and 'vif' devices are distinguished by a route metric.
Emulated devices are used by HVM guests until they are unplugged, at which
point the PV device becomes active. Thus 'tap' devices should get a higher
priority (i.e. lower numbered) metric than 'vif' devices.
