Andrew Cooper 99a76a88d5 docs/ucode: Extend runtime microcode loading documentation
Extend the disclaimer about runtime loading. While we've done our best to
make the mechaism reliable, the safety of late loading does ultimately depend
on the contents of the blobs.

Extend the xen-ucode portion with examples of how to use it.

Andrew Cooper cb70a26f78 docs/admin-guide: Boot time microcode loading
Recent discussion on xen-devel has demonstrated that Xen existing microcode
loading support isn't adequately documented. Take the opportunity to address
this, and start some end-user focused documentation.
