Keir Fraser 547cb1849c build: Make XEN_ROOT an absolute path. 
Otherwise make can search the path relative to certain standard paths
such as /usr/include (e.g., the line '-include $(XEN_ROOT)/.config' in
Config.mk suffers from this).

Hollis Blanchard bdd61e7052 [POWERPC] Merge in outstanding changes from xenppc-unstable.hg. 
It's a long story, but basically a small divergence in xenppc-unstable meant a
large number of changesets couldn't be directly imported to xen-unstable, so
this changeset includes all of them.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain 75205296f9 This is a small patch that makes a cross compiler successfully compile 
the sources under the tools directory.  This patch became necessary
after qemu-dm is updated to a newer version.

jchesterfield@dhcp92.uk.xensource.com 0da81aa1d4 Added blktap support. Includes kernel driver (enabled as CONFIG_XEN_BLKDEV_TAP=y) and userspace tools.
