Attached patch makes libxc build again on NetBSD after the recent rework.

I changed the name of the new make variable from LIBDL to DLOPEN_LIBS.
The latter conforms to the naming scheme for similar variables found
in config/*.mk - PTHREAD_LIBS et al.
Also I moved the setting of the variable to -dl from Linux to StdGNU
(which makes it apply more widely) and also added it to SunOS.mk
(based on pure guesswork). ]

In specific, it fixes the following issues:
1. The sub-leaves of CPUID:0x0000000D aren't contiguous. Hypervisor
shouldn't use register values to stop the enumeration. This patch
moves checking on XSAVE sub-leaves out of if-else statement. It also
bumps up sub-leaves to 63.
2. It creates a common function for xsave.
3. The main leaf 0 of CPUID:0x0000000D in current Xen is broken,
especially ECX and EBX registers. This patch cleans it up.
4. It adds support to detects EBX value of CPUID:0x0000000D main leaf
0 on-the-fly.

This helps ensure that the osdep abstraction is complete by
allowing us to avoid including xc_private.h.
All the other OS backends could benefit from the same treatment but
since I cannot compile test I did not do this.

i.e. not running on a real hypervisor
Allows users of the library to adjust behaviour. I don't especially
like this violation of the abstraction but both oxenstored and xapi
use this to avoid difficult to simulate operations when running on the
simulator.

logging which can now be done via the xc_gnttab handle instead.
This makes the interface consistent with the changes made to the main
interface in 21483:779c0ef9682c.
Also update QEMU_TAG to pull in the corresponding qemu change.

Doesn't actually appear to be used anywhere but is defined for other
OSes.
The NetBSD evtchn.h contains comments "Return allocated port" for
several ioctls which currently return the allocated port as a member
of the argument structure and not as the ioctl return value (I think
this is a cut and paste error).

This patch would enable Xen to handle x2APIC MSR accessing of HVM
guest, which is faster(avoid decoding of MMIO accessing). The credit
comes to Gleb Natapov who complete the work for KVM.
Have tested with 4 vcpus guest, with/without x2apic support.

Having minios close() call back into the libxc core close routines is
backwards and unexpected. On every other OS the libxc core close
routine calls close().
Export minios specific functions from the minios libxc code to
implement fd closing for each type of xc file handle and simply call
close() in the core close routine.

The size should be in bytes not 32-bit words. Fixes graphics
corruption issues for HVM guests due to bouncing too little data.
Also the dirty_bitmap buffer is output only and therefore only needs
bouncing in one direction.

1> Non-xsave platform
2> Xsave-capable platform, guest does not support xsave, xen support xsave
3> Xsave-capable platform, guest does support xsave, xen supports xsave
4> Guest (non-xsave) saved on platform without xsave, restored on a
Xsave-capable system.
All passed.
