Now that XEN_DOMCTL_createdomain handles the grant table limits, remove
XEN_DOMCTL_set_gnttab_limits (including XSM hooks and libxc wrappers).

XEN_DOMCTL_set_gnttab_limits is a fairly new hypercall, and is strictly
mandatory. As it pertains to domain limits, it should be provided at
createdomain time.
In preparation to remove the hypercall, extend xen_domctl_createdomain with
the fields and arrange for all callers to pass appropriate details. There is
no change in construction behaviour yet, but later patches will rearrange the
hypervisor internals, then delete the hypercall.

set_max_evtchn is somewhat weird. It was introduced with the event_fifo work,
but has never been used. Still, it is a bounding on resources consumed by the
event channel infrastructure, and should be part of createdomain, rather than
editable after the fact.
Drop XEN_DOMCTL_set_max_evtchn completely (including XSM hooks and libxc
wrappers), and retain the functionality in XEN_DOMCTL_createdomain.

In future patches, the structure will be extended with further information,
and this is far cleaner than adding extra parameters.
The python stubs are the only user which passes NULL for the existing config
option (which is actually the arch substructure). Therefore, the #ifdefary
moves to compensate.
For libxl, pass the full config object down into
libxl__arch_domain_{prepare,save}_config(), as there are in practice arch
specific settings in the common part of the structure (flags s3_integrity and
oos_off specifically).
No practical change in behaviour.

When creating a Xenstore stubdom set the grant limits: the stubdom
will need to setup a very limited amount of grants only, so 4 grant
frames are enough. For being able to support up to 32768 domains it
will need 128 maptrack frames (1 mapping per domain, 256 maptrack
entries per maptrack frame).

DEPS_RM is currently the same as DEPS, so no functional change.
This patch is the result of two perl runes:
git-grep -l 'rm.*DEPS' | xargs perl -i~ -pe 'next unless m/^\t+rm\b/; s/\bDEPS\b/DEPS_RM/;'
git-grep -l 'RM.*DEPS' | xargs perl -i~ -pe 'next unless m/^\t+\$\(RM\)/; s/\bDEPS\b/DEPS_RM/;'
And editing tools/xenstat/libxenstat/Makefile by hand.
I verified that I didn't miss anything with this rune:
git-grep '\bDEPS\b' | grep -v include |less

Running "make uninstall" does not remove all installed files, a
situation which might cause link related issues if xen is re-installed
in a different location.
In order to make uninstall correctly remove the files it is best
the process should be done recursively by mirroring each "install"
target with an "uninstall" who removes the installed files.
An exception to this rule is uninstalling the files produced by
"qemu-xen-dir-remote" and "qemu-xen-traditional-dir", which are external
to the project. These projects do not implement an "uninstall" target so
the files have to be removed manually.

Add a parameter to specify the maximum memory size of the xenstore
domain. In case the xenstore domain supports ballooning it will be
capable to adjust its own size according to its memory needs.
The maximum memory size can be specified as an absolute value in
MiB, as a fraction of the host's memory, or as a combination of
both (the maximum of the absolute and the fraction value):
--maxmem <m> maxmem is <m> MiB
--maxmem <a>/<b> maxmem is hostmem * a / b
--maxmem <m>:<a>/<b> maxmem is max(<m> MiB, hostmem * a / b)

init-xenstore-domain takes only positional parameters today. Change
this to a more flexible parameter syntax allowing to specify additional
options or to omit some.
Today the supported usage is:
init-xenstore-domain <xenstore-kernel> <memory_mb> <flask-label>
[<ramdisk-file>]
Modify this to:
init-xenstore-domain --kernel <xenstore-kernel>
--memory <memory_mb>
[--flask <flask-label>]
[--ramdisk <ramdisk-file>]
The flask label is made optional in order to support xenstore domains
without the need of a flask enabled hypervisor.
