The gitlab CI webpage seems to have issues displaying the \CR\CR\LF "\r\r\n"
sequence on the web interface used as line returns by the Linux kernel serial
output. This leads to the QEMU tests output looking like:
(XEN) Guest Loglevel: Nothing (Rate-limited: Errors and warnings)
(XEN) *** Serial input to DOM0 (type 'CTRL-a' three times to switch input)
(XEN) Freed 664kB init memory
mapping kernel into physical memory
about to get started...
qemu-system-x86_64: terminating on signal 15 from pid 52 (timeout)
This not helpful, so strip the CR characters from the output that goes to
stdout, leaving the output in the serial output file untouched.
All usages of `tee` are adjusted to strip CR from the output.

It was observed that smoke.serial file (used to store boot logs) is
missing in artifacts of qemu based arm32 jobs. This is because the
artifacts:paths listing smoke.serial specifies paths relative to the
project directory but the qemu-smoke-dom0{less}-arm32.sh scripts create
this file under binaries/. Fix it so that smoke.serial gets created in
project directory just like for every other test job.

As part of the arm32 dom0 test, also create a simple domU using xl. To
do that, we need the toolstack installed in the dom0 rootfs. We switch
to using the kernel and rootfs built by the Yocto arm32 job.
Remove the PCI node from the host device tree: it is unused but causes a
Linux hang at boot.
Use xen-watchdog to trigger the domU creation for convience
(/etc/local.d is not handled by rootfs.)

Now, when these packages are already installed in the respective
containers, we can remove them from the test scripts.

After qemu arm64 test scripts had been renamed to reflect their
usage, do the same for the qemu arm32 test script. Currently it only
boots dom0, so we can assume that this script will be used to perform
dom0 based testing. In the future we will be able to create corresponding
script qemu-smoke-dom0less-arm32.sh to perform dom0less based testing.
This is the last step to get rid of ambiguity with regards to naming
of Arm test scripts.
