This patch adds the ACPI fixed hardware power button for HVM.
It enables a graceful shutdown of a guest OS by direction of Dom0.
(if a proper action for the power button is set inside the guest)
usage:
xm trigger <Domain> power

Now there are two control registers plus one register for
each of the 32 PHP slots. A total of 34 registers. Accordingly the
ioport space required has expanded by from 3 to 34 bytes.

This gets rid of shenanigans with relocating the jump table around the
place.
Also clean up bios_info table while we are updating it.

if it is not found when it turns out to be required. Just as we would
for any other tool-chain prereq.

If you use -MMD -MF then the correct .o filename is written to the
.*.d file as the compiler driver arranges everything. This was done
in 19010:275abe1c5d24 for the hypervisor.
In this patch we do the same elsewhere in the xen-unstable tree,
particularly tools/. Specifically:
* Change tools/Rules.mk to add -MMD -MF ... to CFLAGS and set DEPS.
* Remove -Wp,-MD... from every other Makefile
* Remove setting of DEPS from every other Makefile
* Ensure that every Makefile says -include $(DEPS)
* Ensure that every Makefile's clean target removes $(DEPS)
Some Makefiles were already halfway there, but often for a different
variable name eg PROG_DEP. The variable name is now standardised in
Rules.mk as DEPS.
I have done a test build with this change, on Debian etch.

I have copied the tarballs that the xen-unstable build downloads to
xenbits.xensource.com (which also hosts our hg and git). This patch
changes the download URLs to use that location.
That way the build will depend on only one external machine, under one
administration, rather than many. Also it means that the build won't
break if these sites become permanently unavailable or are rearranged
and we don't run a risk of having to panic and beg if a file should go
missing.

In DSDT, reserve the IO port ranges: [0x10c0, 0x10c2] and [0xb044,
0xb047] that are used by the virtual PCI hotplug.
Or else, for a hotplugged-in device, the port IO BAR assigned by guest
OS may conflict with the ranges here.

When a VMX guest tries to enter real mode, put it in virtual 8086 mode
instead, if that's possible. Handle all errors and corner cases by
falling back to the real-mode emulator.
This is similar to the old VMXASSIST system except it uses Xen's
x86_emulate emulator instead of having a partial emulator in the guest
firmware. It more than doubles the speed of real-mode operation on
VMX.

BIOS. Current Xen hard coded VGA ROM at 0xC0000 and etherboot ROM
at 0xD0000. This makes the space in [0xC0000 - 0xDFFFF] to be
fragments, which makes it hard to find enough space to hold another
Option ROM.

A minimal implementation of the Viridian (Hyper-V) guest
interface. The only enlightenments advertised and supported are vAPIC
MSRs and long-spin-wait notifications. The set of enlightenments can
easily be extended in future, as they are found to provide a
performance win, and configured via an extended HVM_PARAM_VIRIDIAN hvm
parameter.

When creating an HVM domain, if e.g. another domain is created before
qemu allocates video memory, the extra 8MB memory ballooning is not
available any more, because it got consumed by the other domain.
This fixes it by taking video memory from the main memory:
- make hvmloader use e820_malloc to reserve some of the main memory
and notify ioemu of its address through the Xen platform PCI card.
- add XENMAPSPACE_mfn to the xen_add_to_physmap memory op, to allow
ioemu to move the MFNs between the original position and the PCI
mapping, when LFB acceleration is disabled/enabled
- add a remove_from_physmap memory op, to allow ioemu to unmap it
completely for the case of old guests with acceleration disabled.
- add xc_domain_memory_translate_gpfn_list to libxc to allow ioemu to
get the MFNs of the video memory.
- have xend save the PCI memory space instead of ioemu: if a memory
page is there, the guest can access it like usual memory, so xend
can safely be responsible to save it. The extra benefit is that
live migration will apply the logdirty optimization there too.
- handle old saved images, populating the video memory from ioemu if
really needed.

- add S3 package in ACPI DSDT table. Guest OS will get S3 value from
this package and write the value to PM1A control register to
trigger S3 suspend.
- Add S3 resume logic in rombios post code. the CMOS shutdown register
is used to indicate if this is a S3 resume.
- if it is s3 resume, rombios will get wakeup vector from ACPI FACS
table and jump to wakeup vector. Per ACPI spec, the wakeup vector
jumping must be the forms CS:IP, in which CS=3D(wakeup vector>>4)
IP=3D(wakeup vector)&0xF, for example, for vector=3D0x12345,
CS:IP=3D0x1234:0x5
Note: clobber_entry_point will clobber the post entry, which make S3
resume not work. We will directly jmp to POST Entry if it in S3
Resume path.
