Make check-libext2fs cross-friendly
check-libext2fs was calling host gcc; pass $CC from Makefile
so it can call the cross-compiler instead.

Add libfsimage, a C library for reading files from filesystem images.
Initial support is provided for Solaris UFS, ext2 (both using libext2fs
and not), and reiserfs.
