That get_hotplug_env function is called for both block and nic. Move
some nic specific code out of common code to appropriate place.

The current code in libxl assumed that vdev is equal to local device, but
this is only true for Linux systems. In other OSes the local device can use
a nomenclature completely different from the virtual device one.
Move the current libxl__devid_to_localdev Linux implementation out of the
OS-specific file and rename it to libxl__devid_to_vdev, and then make sure
local_device_attach_cb return the local device in the diskpath field.

They are no longer needed, having been replaced by a daemon for
driverdomains which will run scripts as necessary.
Worse yet, they seem to be broken for script-based block devices, such
as block-iscsi. This wouldn't matter so much if they were never run
by default; but if you run block-attach without having created a
domain, then the appropriate node to disable running udev scripts will
not have been written yet, and the attach will silently fail.
Rather than try to sort out that issue, just remove them entirely.

This patch resurrects 11a63a166. The previous patch had a bug that
wrong "physical-device" was written to xenstore causing block script
execution fail. This patch fixes that problem.
Following configurations have been tested:
1. Raw file and PV
2. Raw file and HVM
3. Block device and PV
4. Block device and HVM
Creation / destruction / local migration all worked.
Original commit message from 11a63a166:
Modify libxl and hotplug script to allow raw format file to use phy
backend.
The block script now tests the path and determine the actual type of
file (block device or regular file) then use the actual type to
determine which branch to run.
With these changes, plus the current ordering of backend preference (phy
> qdisk > tap), we will use phy backend for raw format file by default.

Modify libxl to allow raw format file to use phy backend.
For the hotplug script part, learn from NetBSD's block hotplug script --
test the path and determine the actual type of file (block device or
regular file) then use the actual type to determine which branch to run.
With these changes, plus the current ordering of backend preference
(phy > qdisk > tap), we will use phy backend for raw format file by

Since most of the needed work is already done in previous patches,
this patch only contains the necessary code to call hotplug scripts
for nic devices, that should be called when the device is added or
removed from a guest.
Added another parameter to libxl__get_hotplug_script_info, that is
used to know the number of times hotplug scripts have been called for
that device. This is currently used by IOEMU nics on Linux.

this patch only contains the necessary code to call hotplug scripts

We will chain the launch of the disk hotplug scripts after the
device_backend_callback callback, or directly from
libxl__initiate_device_{add,remove} if the device is already in the
desired state.

Move a lot of
#include <stdfoo.h>
from individual files into libxl_internal.h. This helps avoid
portability mistakes where necessary system headers are omitted from
individual files, and is also of course a convenience when developing.
Also add
#include "libxl_osdeps.h" /* must come before any other headers */
to the top of most libxl*.c files, so that anyone who adds any headers
before libxl_internal.h will put the in the right place.
