Haozhong Zhang e63888627a x86/mce: handle reserved domain ID in XEN_MC_msrinject
Commit 26646f3 "x86/mce: translate passed-in GPA to host machine
address" and commit 4ddf474 "tools/xen-mceinj: Pass in GPA when
injecting through MSR_MCI_ADDR" forgot to consider reserved domain
ID and mistakenly add MC_MSRINJ_F_GPADDR flag for them, which in turn
causes bug reported by
http://lists.xenproject.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2016-05/msg02640.html.

This patch removes MC_MSRINK_F_GPADDR flag and checks this when injecting
to reserved domain IDs except DOMID_SELF, and treats the passed-in
address as host machine address.

Wei Liu 5ff371e9d8 Revert "x86/mce: handle reserved domain ID in XEN_MC_msrinject"
This reverts commit 55dc7f6126.

The get_maintainer.pl script showed Jan as the maintainer so I pushed
this patch. But in fact according to MAINTAINERS file, he's not. Revert
this patch and wait until a maintainer acks it.

Ian Campbell 3248691679 tools: Refactor foreign memory mapping into libxenforeignmemory
libxenforeignmemory will provide a stable API and ABI for mapping
foreign domain memory (subject to appropriate privileges).

The new library exposes an interface equivalent to
xc_map_foreign_memory_bulk, which all the other
xc_map_foreign_memory_* functions (which remain in libxc) are
implemented in terms of.

Upon request (via #define XC_WANT_COMPAT_MAP_FOREIGN_API) libxenctrl
will provide a compat API for the old names. This is used by qemu-xen
and qemu-trad as well as various in tree things (which required
de-dupping various #includes in some too to get the #define before the
first).

Haozhong Zhang 4ddf474e2b tools/xen-mceinj: Pass in GPA when injecting through MSR_MCI_ADDR
This patch removes the address translation in xen-mceinj which
translates the guest physical address passed-in through the argument of
'-p' to the host machine address. Instead, xen-mceinj now passes a flag
MC_MSRINJ_F_GPADDR to ask do_mca() in the hypervisor to do this
translation.

Ian Campbell 443701ef0c Replace FSF street address with canonical URL
As recommended in http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.en.html.

This is the result of:
$ git grep -El Mass\|Temple\|Franklin | xargs ./fsf.pl

Where fsf.pl is:
    #!/usr/bin/perl -w -pi.bak -0777
    my $repl = 'If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.';
    my $br = qr/(?:\s*\n\s*(?:[\*\#]|\/\/|\.\\" )?\s*|\s+)/;

    s|$inwt$br$mass|$repl|m;
    s|$inwt$br$franklin|$repl|m;
    s|$inwt$br$temple|$repl|m;

The only remaining mentions of these addresses are in COPYING files which I
haven't touched.

Some of the changed files are imports from elsewhere, however
filtering them out is tricky, I think it is tolerable to have these
files be modified here and then perhaps reverted on the next sync,
since it's only 1-2 lines and obvious what is going on.

Wei Liu f9c9b12775 tools: fix "make distclean"
The original rule to target "distclean" in tools/Rules.mk was in effect
"make clean". It should be "make distclean".

However not all Makefiles in subdirectories have distclean target
defined. So this patch also adds a bunch of distclean targets to various
Makefiles. They only depend on clean target and don't have any actions
in most cases.

With the patch applied, following command outputs 0 results:

  find tools -name 'Makefile*' -exec grep -L 'distclean' {} \+ \
     | grep -v ocaml | grep -v libfsimage

Ocaml and libfsimage are known to have distclean defined in a dedicated
rules file.
