Copy temp files used to add/remove dhcpd configurations to avoid
replacing potential symlinks.
If dhcp.conf is a symlink pointing to dhcp.conf.real, using 'mv'
creates a new file dhcp.conf where cp will actually modify
dhcp.conf.real instead of replacing the symlink with a real
file.
Using 'cp' prevents some mistakes where the user will actually
continue to modify dhcp.conf.real where it would not be the one
used anymore.

A prior patch added code into libxl such that a tools-configured 'mtu' value

Replace the perl locking check with stat(1). Stat is able to fstat
stdin (file descriptor 0) when passed '-' as an argument. This is now
used to check $_lockfd. stat(1) support for '-' was introduced to
coreutils in 2009.
After A releases its lock, script B will return from flock and execute
stat. Since the lockfile has been removed by A, stat prints an error to
stderr and exits non-zero. Redirect stderr to /dev/null to avoid
filling /var/log/xen/xen-hotplug.log with "No such file or directory"
messages.
Placing the stat call inside the "if" condition ensures we only check
the stat output when the command completed successfully.
This change removes the only runtime dependency of the xen toolstack on
perl.

The vif-route script should only call 'ip route' when 'ipcmd' has been
set, otherwise it will fail due to an incorrect command string.
This patch also adds routes for 'tap' (i.e. emulated) devices as well as
'vif' (i.e. PV) devices. Empirically offline/online commands relate to
'vif' devices, and add/remove commands relate to 'tap' devices. However,
this patch treats them equally and uses ${type_if} to distinguish. By
adding cases for add/remove the command list becomes exhaustive and hence
'ipcmd' is guaranteed to be set.
Routes for 'tap' and 'vif' devices are distinguished by a route metric.
Emulated devices are used by HVM guests until they are unplugged, at which
point the PV device becomes active. Thus 'tap' devices should get a higher
priority (i.e. lower numbered) metric than 'vif' devices.
There is also one small whitespace fix.

iptables has a system-wide lock on the xtables. Strangely though, in
the case of two concurrent invocations, the default is for the
instance not grabbing the lock to exit out rather than waiting for it.
This means that when starting a large number of guests in parallel,
many will fail out with messages like this:
2017-05-10 11:45:40 UTC libxl: error: libxl_exec.c:118: libxl_report_child_exitstatus: /etc/xen/scripts/vif-bridge remove [18767] exited with error status 4

specify '-w'. Unfortunately, not all versions of iptables have the
'-w' option, so on first invocation check to see if it accepts the -w

A dedicated Xen driver domain init service starts "xl devd" in domU. But
currently, it is only supplied in the form of a SysV init script, which
systemd users run through a backward compatiblity wrapper automatically
generated by systemd-sysv-generator. This patch adds a (naturally more
lightweight) native systemd unit to be used instead.
The xendriverdomain service is only relevant to domU, but should not run
in dom0. Therefore, the systemd unit uses "ConditionVirtualization=xen",
which evaluates to true in domU and (since systemd version 214, released
on 2014-06-11) to false in dom0. Users or distributors who need to be
compatible with even older systemd versions, but still want to prevent
"xl devd" startup in dom0, could add the following line in [Service]:

At the moment, the xendomains init script will only create a lockfile
if when started, it actually does something -- either tries to restore
a previously saved domain as a result of XENDOMAINS_RESTORE, or tries
to create a domain as a result of XENDOMAINS_AUTO.
RedHat-based SYSV init systems try to only call "${SERVICE} shutdown"
on systems which actually have an actively running component; and they
use the existence of /var/lock/subsys/${SERVICE} to determine which
systems are running.
This means that at the moment, on RedHat-based SYSV systems (such as
CentOS 6), if you enable xendomains, and have XENDOMAINS_RESTORE set
to "true", but don't happen to start a VM, then your running VMs will
not be suspended on shutdown.
Since the lockfile doesn't really have any other effect than to
prevent duplicate starting, just create it unconditionally every time
we start the xendomains script.
The other option would have been to touch the lockfile if
XENDOMAINS_RESTORE was true regardless of whether there were any
domains to be restored. But this would mean that if you started with
the xendomains script active but XENDOMAINS_RESTORE set to "false",
and then changed it to "true", then xendomains would still not run the
next time you shut down. This seems to me to violate the principle of
least surprise.

Commit c996572 changed the LOCKFILE path from a check between two
hardcoded paths (/var/lock/subsys/ or /var/lock) to using the
XEN_LOCK_DIR variable designated at configure time. Since
XEN_LOCK_DIR doesn't (and shouldn't) have the 'subsys' postfix, this
effectively moves all the lock files by default to /var/lock instead.
Unfortunately, this breaks xendomains on RedHat-based SYSV init
systems. RedHat-based SYSV init systems try to only call "${SERVICE}
shutdown" on systems which actually have an actively running
component; and they use the existence of /var/lock/subsys/${SERVICE}
to determine which systems are running.
Changing XEN_LOCK_DIR to /var/lock/subsys is not suitable, as only
system services like xendomains should create lockfiles there; other
locks (such as the console locks) should be created in /var/lock
instead.
Instead, re-instate the check for the subsys/ subdirectory of the lock
directory in the xendomains script.
