Oleksandr Andrushchenko	3ab6ea992b	tools: remove xenstore entries on vchan server closure ... vchan server creates XenStore entries to advertise its event channel and ring, but those are not removed after the server quits. Add additional cleanup step, so those are removed, so clients do not try to connect to a non-existing server. Juergen Gross	90c9f9f4dd	tools: drop all deprecated usages of xs_*_open() and friends in tools ... Switch all usages of xs_daemon_open*() and xs_domain_open() to use xs_open() instead. Juergen Gross	8ab2429f12	tools: split libxenvchan into new tools/libs/vchan directory ... There is no reason why libvchan is not placed in the tools/libs directory. At the same time move libxenvchan.h to a dedicated include directory in tools/libs/vchan in order to follow the same pattern as the other libraries in tools/libs.
