Sources of both xenconsoled and xenconsole are already separated into
different directory and don't share anything in common. Having two
different Makefile means it's easier to deal with *FLAGS.
Some common changes:
Rename $(BIN) to $(TARGETS), this will be useful later.
Stop removing *.so *.rpm *.a as they aren't created here.
Use $(OBJS-y) to list objects.
Update $(CFLAGS) for the directory rather than a single object.
daemon:
Remove the need for $(LDLIBS_xenconsoled), use $(LDLIBS) instead.
Remove the need for $(CONSOLE_CFLAGS-y) and use $(CFLAGS-y)
instead.
client:
Remove the unused $(LDLIBS_xenconsole)

parent process is init (as it is under systemd but not sysv init).
This is confusing. Instead, always daemonize when asked to, but use the

Because a pidfile is only written when daemonizing, drop the pidfile
parameters from the service file (systemd keeps track of the pids

XenServer's VM density testing uncovered a regression when moving from
sysvinit to systemd where the file descriptor limit dropped from 4096 to

One solution is to use LimitNOFILE=4096 in xenconsoled.service to match the
lost ulimit, but that is only a stopgap solution.
As Xenconsoled genuinely needs a large number of file descriptors if a large
number of domains are running, attempt to increase the limit.
