Use instead of parameterising libxl_domain_build_info_init. This allows callers
to initialise a libxl_domain_build_info but not to commit to a particular type
later on (e.g. after they've parsed the domain config)

Don't special case types which we happen to know do not contain allocated data
such that in the future if this changes we do not need to add an API. Although
there is likely to be latent bugs in callers due to this having the API in old
libraries mean that when callers are fixed they will not need to make special
arrangements to handle old and new versions of the library.
Adds dispose functions for:
- libxl_dominfo
- libxl_cpupoolinfo
- libxl_physinfo
- libxl_sched_credit
- libxl_sched_credit2
I have attempted to fix any latent bugs in xl by inspection but have not
bothered with libxl (on the basis that internally the library is allowed to
make these sorts of assumptions and because it was looking like a very invasive
job and that more would only creep in anyway).
Several callsites use libxl_domain_info to check for the presence of a domain
and throw away the actual info. As a convenience accept a NULL info pointer and
just return the status.
Also fix a memory leak in libxl_domain_list.

Using sysctl.h is restricted to "node control tools only" and requires magic

Also removes an indirect include of domctl.h which has the same restrction.

Move the sxp producing code off into a separate file. It is supported
for legacy reasons and needn't be updated other than the improve
compatibility with xm.
libxl_domain_config is not currently generated by the IDL (adding the
necessary support for Array types is on my to do list) so hand code
the json generation function for now.
Since this rather directly exposes a libxl data structure it's not
clear what sort of forward compatibility guarantees we can
make. However it seems like it should be as stable as libxl's own API
(which we are looking to stabilise)

Unlike previous iterations of this patch the enum values now match the
underlying domctl values.
I looked at updating xl.cfg(5) for these while I was here but frankly, even
after reading the comment in xen/include/public/hvm/params.h, I don't have a
clue what they mean, no_missed_ticks_pending in particular might as well be
written in klingon...
For the same reason I didn't try and give the enum more user-friendly names.

Provide a new set of machinery for writing public libxl functions

they want the function to be synchronous, or whether they'd prefer to
get a callback, or an event, when the operation is complete.

We want a function for setting fds to nonblocking, so introduce one.
This is a very similar requirement to that for libxl_fd_set_cloexec,
so make it common with that.
While we're at it, fix a few deficiences that make this latter
function less desirable than it could be:
* Change the return from 0/-1 (like a syscall) to a libxl error code
* Take a boolean parameter for turning the flag on and off
* Log on error (and so, take a ctx for this purpose)
Change callers of libxl_fd_set_cloexec to notice errors. (Although,
such errors are highly unlikely.)

Replace the existing API for retrieving high-level events (events
about domains, etc.) from libxl with a new one.
This changes the definition and semantics of the `libxl_event'
structure, and replaces the calls for obtaining information about
domain death and disk eject events.
This is an incompatible change, sorry. The alternative was to try to
provide both the previous horrid API and the new one, and would also
involve never using the name `libxl_event' for the new interface.
The new "libxl_event" structure is blacklisted in the ocaml bindings
for two reasons:
- It has a field name "type" (which is a keyword in ocaml);
the ocaml idl generator should massage this field name on
output, to "type_" perhaps.
- The ocaml idl generator does not support KeyedUnion.

We provide a new set of functions and related structures
libxl_osevent_*
which are to be used by event-driven applications to receive
information from libxl about which fds libxl is interested in, and
what timeouts libxl is waiting for, and to pass back to libxl
information about which fds are readable/writeable etc., and which
timeouts have occurred. Ie, low-level events.
In this patch, this new machinery is still all unused. Callers will
appear in the next patch in the series, which introduces a new API for
applications to receive high-level events about actual domains etc.

The other integer request types which shutdown supported are not
useful. Specifically:
* "suspend" is not usable via this interface since it requires other
scaffolding, libxl_domain_suspend provides this already.
* "halt" is the same as "poweroff".
* "crash" is unused and at least Linux does not implement it. If a user
steps forward then libxl_domain_crash is trivial to add.

Two functions are provided. TYPE_gen_json exposes an interface which is
compatible with the YAGL generator infrastructure. TYPE_to_string uses this to
produce a pretty printed string.
The TYPE_gen_json functions are defined in a new header libxl_json.h which is
not exposed via libxl.h due to the use of YAGL datatypes to avoid poluting the
namespace us libxl users which don't use the library themselves. If a libxl
user is interested in integrating at the YAGL level then it should #include
this file itself.
Also update testidl to generate a random version of each IDL datastructure and
convert it to JSON. Unfortunately this requires a libxl_ctx and therefore the
test must be run on a Xen system now.
