Keir Fraser 93f92fcf9c docs: update xen-apic docs 
Added undocumented fields and methods for default_netmask and
default_gateway to the Network class. Remove an unimplemented method
from the XSPolicy class and remove the 'optional' from 'oldlabel'
parameters.

Keir Fraser 5ccf17bd71 docs: Adjust revision number in Xen-API document and introduce revision history. 
This patch adjusts the revision number to 1.0.1 and date in the
Xen-API document and introduces a revision history with entries for
1.0.0 and 1.0.1.
