Anthony PERARD 40d96f0c7d tools: Remove -Werror everywhere else 
The previous changeset, e4f5949c44 ("tools: Add -Werror by default to all
tools/"), added "-Werror" to CFLAGS in tools/Rules.mk.  Remove it from
everywhere else now it is duplicated.

Andrew Cooper 4b45c4faa8 tests/tsx: Extend test-tsx to check MSR_MCU_OPT_CTRL 
This MSR needs to be identical across the system for TSX to have identical
behaviour everywhere.  Furthermore, its CPUID bit (SRBDS_CTRL) shouldn't be
visible to guests.

Roger Pau Monné 306e0afbb3 test/tsx: set grant version for created domains 
Set the grant table version for the created domains to use version 1,
as such tests domains don't require the usage of the grant table at
all. A TODO note is added to switch those dummy domains to not have a
grant table at all when possible. Without setting the grant version
the domains for the tests cannot be created.

Andrew Cooper 4bcf6433ee tests: Introduce a TSX test 
See the comment at the top of test-tsx.c for details.

This covers various complexities encountered while trying to address the
recent TSX deprecation on client parts.

A sample run on KabyLake with latest microcode and default tsx= looks like
this:
