Xen 4.14 no longer runs in Gitlab CI. Drop the dependency to shrink the build
containers a little.

Pass the desired architecture of the image in the FROM instruction if the
image is possibly multi-platform.
This allows using the x86 Dockerfiles on OS X on arm64 hardware.
No functional change intended.

For similar reasons to c/s a6b1e2b80f. While this container is still
build-able for now, all the other problems with explicitly-versioned compilers
remain.

Installation of additional packages from the test scripts when running
the tests has some drawbacks. It is slower than cloning containers and can
fail due to some network issues (apparently it often happens on x86
rackspace). This patch is adding the packages required by the tests to be
installed when building the containers.
>From qemu-alpine-x86_64.sh into debian:stretch:
- cpio,
- busybox-static.
>From qemu-smoke-*-{arm,arm64}.sh into debian:unstable-arm64v8:
- u-boot-qemu,
- u-boot-tools,
- device-tree-compiler,
- curl,
- cpio,
- busybox-static.
The follow-up patch will remove installation of these packages from the
test scripts. This is done in order not to break the CI in-between.

We can't drop the 32bit libc from the existing containers, because they are
used on older Xen branches as well.
However, we can avoid the dependency being propagated into newer conainers
derived from our dockerfiles.

The LLVM repos have switched from http to https, and trying to access
using http will get redirected to https. Add the apt-transport-https
package to the x86 Debian containers that use the LLVM repos, in order
to support the https transport method.
Note that on Arm we only test with gcc, so don't add the package for
the Debian Arm container.
This fixes the following error seen on the QEMU smoke tests:
E: The method driver /usr/lib/apt/methods/https could not be found.

Using clang and lld 8 requires installing the packages from the
official llvm apt repositories, so modify the Debian Docker files for
stretch and unstable to add the llvm repo and install clang and lld
from it.
Also add some jobs to test building Xen with clang 8 and lld.

... instead of python2.7-dev.
We installed python2.7-dev because xen only worked with 2.7.
Installing python2.7-dev only gives python2.7-config, which causes
configure to fail because it wants python-config by default. Now xen
should work with 2.6 and above, we can install python-dev and let
distros pick the default python.
