To improve clarity and ease of navigation do not show reports related
to adopted code in the scheduled analysis.
Configuration options are commented out because they may be useful
in the future.

Adjust ECLAIR configuration for rules: R21.14, R21.15, R21.16 by taking
into account mem* macros defined in the Xen sources as if they were
equivalent to the ones in Standard Library.

Function and macro properties contained in ECLAIR/call_properties.ecl are of
general interest: this patch moves these annotations in a generaric JSON file
in docs. In this way, they can be exploited for other purposes (i.e. documentation,
other tools).
Add rst file containing explanation on how to update function_macro_properties.json.
Add script to convert the JSON file in ECL configurations.
Remove ECLAIR/call_properties.ecl: the file is now automatically generated from
the JSON file.

The file exclude-list.json contains files that are classified as
adopted code for MISRA compliance. Therefore, this file is used to
automatically generate a suitable .ecl configuration for ECLAIR.
As such, many entries in out_of_scope.ecl can be removed, as they
would be duplicates.

The scheduled analyses are intended to maintain an overall vision
of the MISRA complaince of the entire project. For this reason,
the file exclusions in "out_of_scope.ecl" should not be applied.
This patch amends ECLAIR settings to prevent exempting files for
scheduled analyses.

The files with extension ecl are ECLAIR configurations that
are loaded during the analysis phase or during the report
generation phase: analysis.ecl is the main file for the analysis
phase, while reports.ecl is the one for the report phase.
All other ecl files are included by one of the two main ones.
The actions* scripts implement the integration with the CI server,
they are completely general and can be amended to work with any CI
server. Their presence in xen.git is recommended so that maintainance
would be easier.
analyze.sh is the script that actually triggers the analysis.
